He was amazed at how much better they worked after 10 minutes. I'm thrilled with the service at this location. My only complaint is the long flight of stairs to get to the 2nd floor location - I doubt my Dad is the only older client that struggles with the stairs [note: they have a stair lift available but Dad wasn't waiting for it]. 5 star service - 1/2 star for the stairs.

I have just started my adventure into hearing loss and I went to this clinic because when my Father needed help he went here. There was a wonderful human working the front office her name is Kena Rock and she was just amazing! I was very nervous going in and she absolutely put my mind and nerves at ease. These folks are full of information, are nonjudgmental and understanding that the process is nerve wracking, they explain things so everyone can understand and are very kind about peoples finances. I am very happy with this office and highly recommend you start your visit with Kena at the front she will take good care of you. read more

I have been a client of THLC in Calgary for over 20 years. A year ago I moved to BC and recently visited the Creston Clinic. The care that I received from Kena Rock was excellent; she took care of my needs, checked my hearing aids and interacted with me in a friendly way. I only have words of gratitude for her. Kena Rock, you rock! Thank you! read more

I booked an appointment for an ear wax removal at the hearing loss clinic in Creston. Anisha, who made sure I walked away with ALL the wax removed, clearly loves her work. What a pleasure to witness. Great experience from the time I walked in the door. I would recommend to anyone with hearing concerns. Celia read more

I thought I would have to send away my hearing aid when the wire came apart from between the 2 parts, and expected a big bill. I took it in to the Creston office and Kena Rock worked magic with it and handed it back to me, fixed then and there, with a small bill. She's always very helpful. read more

My wife and I have visited this clinic here many times and we are absolutely thrilled with how nice everyone is and how the medical staff take time to care for us as a patients. We have been to a number of clinics in the Denver area and my wife has been to clinics in Germany and the Czech Republic. Compared to all these other clinics, Bonners Ferry Family Medicine is the best we have ever visited. We also greatly enjoy listening to the wonderful background Christian music they play in their clinic. The amount of time we have had to spend in their waiting room has been short as well. Thank you for taking good care of us all! Dale R.

From the first appointment Vladimir made me feel at ease, he offered much empathy and genuine concern for the journey ahead for me. My new Denture was in my mouth when I awoke from surgery, feeling snug and supportive. It was Vladimir that removed my Denture for the first time on day four to check my surgery work, very gently and without any pain. He had kidded me that it was going to hurt to remove them, sick sense of humor I say he has. With each follow up appointment Vladimir checked my healing progress, offering advice on cleanliness and treatment for my healing, taught me the proper care for my Prostatic, and encouraged/reassured me "you will get used to using your Prostatic, the more you talk, sing, laugh, whistle the quicker you will adapt". I am 2 1/2 weeks into rocking my new teeth, while I have a limited menu still as I am tender to chew hard food, I absolutely do not have any uncomfortable spots, the fit is awesome and what a confident smile! Thank you so much Vladimir, I look forward to our continued journey of creating the perfect Prostatic for me. Merry Christmas to you and Amanda, see you in the New Year.....Gloria Scott
