The receptionist…read morelocked eyes with me when I opened the door, but yet, when I got to the window, I had to wait 5 minutes for her to come back to her desk. Finally got signed in. People were pouring into the office. I understand that they have multiple doctors there, but they DID NOT take patients on time. A couple that was their for their 8:30 appt, with a different doctor than mine, did not get taken till 9:05!!! Anywho, I didn't get called to the back until 9:25!!! WTF!! I could've waited till later to leave my house & miss all the freaking school traffic!! Then, the nurse who called me to the back was so RUDE!! I said good morning & got shit in return. She never smiled. Just went about asking all the routine questions. I got confused on 1 question & her tone of voice when she questioned me about it was so damn rude!! Finally, the bitch left & Dr. Politz came in. No apology for being so late, but she was an absolute sweetheart!! Took her time with me. Listened to my concerns, explained what Procdure she was going to do that day, & explained how she would proceed in the future. She went over the meds she would have me try. We went over meds that didn't work for me & didn't try selling me on those particular meds. That hasn't happened, with a doctor, in awhile. She was 1of the best doctor's I ever had!! Just wish wait times & nurse would change.

In all fairness, with an experience like that, I had no intention of visiting this clinic for myself, or our children at any point in the future, because of this poor experience. However, my mother recently was admitted to the hospital on a few occasions, but her provider does not do hospital rounds. The family Dr. clinic has a contract with her provider to perform rounds so I was naturally quite concerned about who would check on her. Dr. Robichaux checked in on her during her stay, and he was kind, informative, and I do not have a single negative comment to say about him. She was also visited by Dr. Templet, who my mother said was "very nice" to her. I do believe that of all of the providers at this clinic, some are going to be good, and others are to be avoided at all costs. Reading through the reviews I am confused by positive reviews for some of the providers. I can only assume that if you are a regular patient, you will have different treatment than those who are there to begin a new journey or to simply have occasional care. If this is the only clinic that your insurance will cover, I completely understand, but I hope that you get one of the better providers on a good day. Overall, my opinion of this clinic has only been solidified in the past few years, and that is to stay away if it all possible.

If I could give Jenny Templet no stars I would. Horrible physician and human. She simply doesn't…read morecare about her patients or their family, even in the most grave, vulnerable times. My father-in-law, a patient of hers, that was under her care at the time of his passing, passed away five days ago. She had a horrible, cold bedside manner attending to him and communicating with the family while he was in the critical care unit. To makes matters worse, for the past three days she could care less, has been lazy and has refused to sign his death certificate. A simple act that only she can do which is only forcing the family to wait to be able to finalize his final arrangements and plan his funeral, which includes cross the country travel arrangements for immediate family members. This necessary act that only she can do, would help in providing the family with closure. She simply doesn't care and is lazy. Do not allow her to be your physician or a loved one's physician as she will provide the same level of care and services to you and yours. Oh and the practice manager was made aware of these concerns and yet another day has gone by without any action, care or concern by other the practice manager or Jenny Templet.
