This wasn't the first time that he had to wait a ridiculous amount of time either. Most appointments run a minimum of 45 mins behind. If he was to show up 45 mins late he would be charged a cancellation fee and not be seen. On top of the ridiculous wait they only accept cash... most doctors offices accept credit/debit cards also. They staff behind the desk are extremely rude and unprofessional. And we come to find out the staff behind the counter NEVER put his file out for the dr to know that he was even there!!! If you have a choice do NOT go here!!!

Although staff was friendly I don't know why they would make me wait, so I take and everything to tell me that the doctor is busy and I can't be seen. Not good.

I go here to see Mary for therapy. I've always been uncomfortable with going to places like this…read more however when I went for intake, prior to seeing my therapist, the process was a bit long. I glad to say that the intact persons listened very attentively and asked questions to get a better understanding of what I was saying. I was comfortable, and did not feel intimidated in anyway. My therapy is attentive and she listens attentively. When I read the other comments, I was a bit taken with the negative views. Thought to myself I must write something. Ive not had a problem with anyone ever at the reception are, the staff is very friendly and professional. I've been going for 3 months now. I'm happy with the experience.
