okay so I've always had a hard time digesting and eating food (all kinds veggies , fruits etc) anyways I went on a limb here and wanted to try something other than the typical detox's or herbs! I LOVE THIS it's only been one day and when I eat I don't feel so full that I'm gonna burst . i can actually eat throughout my day without feeling sluggish or weighed down , not only that but Jill makes the whole experience comfortable ! i will forever go by doing colonics from now on it is worth every penny . thank you again jill read more

A safe and gentle infusion of warm, filtered water into the colon. Colonic hydrotherapy is a painless procedure that is relaxing and effective. During a session the client rest comfortably on the treatment table. A therapist -while monitoring the water temperature-guides the steady flow of filtered water. In contrast to an enema, the procedure does not entail the water. Instead, Colon hydrotherapy is much more thorough. It can reach the full length of the colon, which can be 5 to 6 feet long, rather then only the first few inches of the rectrosigmiod area. Colon hydrotherapy helps improve hydration in the large intestine, as water gets absorbed by the tissues and increases the volume of blood. It boosts circulation and results in greater cleansing of the individual cells. The procedure also dilutes and flushes toxins, lymph and increases elimination throughout the kidneys, skin and bowels. I have been a Colon Hydrotherapist for over 2 years. I had the honor of working for Yellowstone Naturopathic Clinic as their therapist. They sadly shut down their spa which in turn shut down colonic therapy. I had a number of clients worried about where they were going to get their colonics from now that the spa was closing. I decided to open up my own business. I have so much gratitude for this beautiful opportunity to help improve my clients health and well being.
