Our appointment started on time and ended within an hour which was great. I brought my daughter with her hair washed and blow dried. Brittany flat ironed her hair and added in the hair (hair purchased by me) for my daughter's braided ponytail. My daughter loved her ponytail and looked amazing though it only lasted for 4 days. We'll definitely be back. 4 stars because clearer directions could be added to find the right suite and it would be great if we were able to maintain the style for more than 4 days. My second experience was this Friday afternoon, and traffic was so bad I got there late, but called ahead and they were accommodating and moved my appointment later. Dana, my stylist, was a joy to talk to (especially after that long drive), and I enjoyed a glass of champagne as she transformed my hair into a flowy, old Hollywood style, just as requested.

This whole visit was totally fantastic. From the talks to hair dressing (lol) it self, I felt like I was at home especially between Christina and Garcia. I really wish it was like an old time Barber shop where they just come in for a few hours BS and drink coffee. That's the type of place it feels like. When I say I have not felt this good I truly mean it. I have not felt this fantastic in a long time. When I got home my husband absolutely loved my new look. That is powerful in it's self Trust me.
