I'm a veteran who have recieved many massages through out my life...when I go on a page I look for…read morethere ratings of how good they are....so I picked a girl who had a spot opened...This business is very conceiving....I got my massage which was 80 dollars and had no idea they were not A LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST...She basically rubbed me down with lotion. And I mean no exaggerated story...it was a rub down....AND didn't know till I wrote the owner while she was on vacation that this girl was actually the office worker...still got charged 80 dollars and here was the owners reply... After reading both of your emails while I was out of town and meeting with my staff  and reviewing our website (description of relaxation massage and Christine's profile) both clearly state relaxation massages are allowed to be performed by a massage tech. Christine has more then completed the training for massage tech. I am sorry if there was conversation during however at any point in time you could have chose to not engage. I have spoke to her in regards so she knows for future reference. You both received the services you personally scheduled by staff you personally choose online. As well as were informed she is a massage tech by her when you came in for appointments.  As far as refunds are concerned, we only refunded if a service was not performed or if you purchase a retail product that is defected.  My client schedule is booked very full since I was off for  vacation and calls during adequate business hours are not doable at the moment if you want like to schedule a call with me I can have one of my receptionist contact you to schedule a 10 minute block in my schedule however I wanted to reply via email so you weren't being ignored. First off Christine is not complete with her training...she is a office person...secondly I guess I was suppose to get up naked and walk out...this is an awful way to handle a new customer who just spent 180 for massages ...and again it was never mentioned she wasn't trained... BEWARE...YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITH THIS RELAXTION MASSAGE..

I came in with a hair disaster. I was a crying mess from another salon. I was able to get in the…read morenext day. She did an AMAZING job on figuring out how I wanted my hair. Through my jumbled words and tears I showed her pictures and she recreated perfection. I have no issues with her styling, compassion and figuring out my mess of a self. 5 stars all the say. While doing my hair, her and her staff were talking politics. I did yell for them to stop talking politics and I didn't want to hear it. She apologized and said that's just the way they talk while working (or something along that line), You're at work with the public. (Why discuss such a hot topic with paying customers inside). While she was rinsing my hair, she decided to say to a fellow stylist that she would like to go to the Freedom of America in Texas. and I knew exactly what she was talking about. I was born, just not yesterday. . Beyond disrespectful! Had the 2nd remark not been said, I would of kept it at 5 starts. Also, there was a guy there (I think it was her husband) and he needs to be told to keep his hands off people. There is no need for him to be touching women without their consent. I do not care if it was a shoulder or a piece of hair. He has no business touching people.
