Received a "free 15 ml of juice" coupon today and low and behold they won't accept it. Whenever I go into this establishment I get the run around. They're overpriced and will not stand behind their items when they break. I had a mod that wouldn't work literally the day after I bought it. Called them up. They told me they'd give me 30% off a new one. But I wasn't able to do a even exchange or get it replaced?? Take your time and money elsewhere. Such a rip off. read more

So we are an e-liquid manufacture out of San Diego, Ca. Today I was out shopping at the Escondido mall where Aroma Avenue has an ecigarette kiosk and mainly sells a variety of different e-liquids from different brands. I noticed out of the corner of my eye as I was walking by that they had a few of our companies e-liquids sitting on their shelf, but I know they did not buy them from us. So I asked the employee who does the buying for the store whom could not seem to give me a straight answer. I remembered we had sent them some samples to see if they wanted to carry our line of e-juices. Apparently they decided not to carry our line because they never made an order, but for whatever reason they think it's okay to sell our samples at their kiosk store. My buddy who owns a e-liquid manufacturing business had the same problem, where he saw his samples at their kiosk being sold. It's not even that big of a deal except for the fact that they are totally screwing over their customers. They took samples that they never even tried (i know this because our tamper seals were still intact), and put them on their shelves to sell to customers. This is just bad business. This place is shady and is only trying to make a cheap buck. STAY AWAY!! read more

I was I regular customer ever since I saw the guy spinning the sign on the corner. In the past 2 weeks I have purchased multiple coils from them and was going to be a regular customer but then something happened. As I was purchasing my regular coils the sales rep recommended a single coil instead of the usual 3 coil setup I buy, so I decided ok lets try something new. Excited to try out my new coils I get home and blew out a box of 3 coils in an hour. I know how to prime a coil and really enjoyed the 3 coil setup I was used to. The reason they burnt out was because they aren't made to take long drags like the ones I'm used to. I figured they would give me a free coil or help me in some sort of way and he said he would sell me a coil for $5 without tax and that's the best he could do. I laughed, walked out and now realized you can get everything cheaper online at 1/3 the cost. I do not recommend this place due to the poor customer care and lack of reasoning. I also don't ever write reviews on yelp, but when I due its for a good reason. read more

I had a great time picking out my favorite flavor of juice at this store which is very conveniently located next to my house. It has all the big namebrand juices such as naked, king candy and daze. I'm always greeted happily buy one of their friendly employees and helped until I have found everything I need! Came into the vape shop with questions about some of the mods. The manager (david) was extremely helpful in answering any and all questions we had. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I came here a few days ago on a whim to check it out since it's 5 minutes from where I live. Was gonna give them a 1 star because the customer service wasn't that great. She didn't offer me 5 star card or ask if I had one, I had to let her know that I had one (which is a pretty big deal because it's a great rewards/points system) and I don't even think the points were added because I always get a text right after I use it. I went in there just to buy some juice which brings me to why I decided to on rating to a 2 star because I was surprised to see that they had a few of Premium e-liquids such as Suicide Bunny, DNA, Villain Vapors and a few others as well and they had them all pretty well stocked which is rare to find around here especially Suicide Bunny and DNA which is top notch juice so 1 star for the juice and 1 star for Not-So-Great customer service. I'll only be going there when I can't find my favorites because they are a lot more pricey than other places. Almost 30 bucks for a 30 ML of Suicide Bunny's Mother's Milk. That's a almost $1/ML. YIKES! Maybe I'll change my rating after going there a few more times and see how I'm treated but until then, those are my 2 cents. read more

This is a cool smoke shop, the staff is really nice, friendly, & helpful. This is the only shop I have been able to find tnt liquid. If you are looking for that brand I recommend going there, they have other great brands as well. Also, Thanks for helping me with vape issues I was having. read more

Honestly,at first i thought this place was great, cheap juices, close to home, and semi friendly atmosphere. It wasnt until recently when my husband and i heard through the great vine that their juices and things arent good quality and that their mods seem to always have something wrong, and batteries were melting. Came here to buy some e-juice. I wasn't searching for anything particular just browsing. The guy working, I believe his name was Daniel, was super friendly and let me drip whatever I wanted. He also changed out my cotton and fixed my battery connection. He really made me feel very welcomed. I couldn't decide on a juice so I got both the Honky Tonk and a Chapter 12 juice. I love the variety of juices and mods. I saw some pretty trippy ones. I'd definitely recommend this store to all my vape friends in No. County. The atmosphere is pretty sick, you get to vape with fellow vapers. Some reasons I'm not giving this review a full 5 stars is because of the decor. I think the shop would look way more sick with darker walls like a dark blue or black. Also, I'm not a big fan of the perfume selling. I think it's a bit tacky. Horrible customer service. I've come to expect subpar customer service at most e-cig stores but I was really taken aback here. I walked in and there were only a couple of customers who looked like they were just hanging out seeing who could make a bigger cloud. I was not greeted at all; the one employee there didn't even look up to acknowledge me and I ended up being ignored for about 5 minutes until I just got fed up and left. I would totally understand having to wait few extra minutes if he were actually busy helping someone but at least say "hey man, take a look around and I'll be with you as soon as I'm done here." I was prepared to spend around $200. Their loss, I guess. I'll just order from myvapestore.com and spend the extra 20 bucks to get my order overnighted. The two guys who came in after me were looking pretty fed up and I saw them walk out with nothing in hand as I was getting back into my car. I will never go back there and I will advise my friends against shopping there as well. read more
