Do not waste your time with this company. We used this company to install Gutters on our home in October of 2024. We needed gutters to help divert water away from our foundation as we had just had work done to lift one side of the house because of poor water irrigation. They were quick to come and give the estimate and schedule us for the work. I had scheduled my week to be home during the installation so I could observe/ask questions, then the installer called saying a spot opened up the day before, so I was not home. This was the first problem. Since the work was done without me being home I couldn't bring up red flags that I saw. The gutters looked great at first but with the first heavy rain that the gutters were not working and the water was flowing right over the gutters. This has continued to be a problem. We spent all that money just to have a product that doesn't achieve it's purpose during heavy rains. I have called, left voicemails and emails, to get someone our here since our product is under warranty but have gotten nothing in return. I would not recommend this company and encourage you to look elsewhere. read more

I can't comment on the quality of work as no work was ever performed on my property. The sales guy showed up and was very knowledgeable about the products and process for adding leaf guards, cleaning, a new downspout and addition of 20' of gutter to our existing system. A price was provided and we agreed to move forward with the work a few days later as we had other vendors coming to bid on the work as well. A date was scheduled for installation. On the date of installation I received a call from the company saying the install crew were running behind and they would arrive closer to the afternoon instead of the scheduled time. The crew was a no call - no show. That day came and went two weeks ago with zero communication from the sales person or customer service/management. Luckily we have not given them any funds and are searching for a new vendor to provide the required service. I've wasted a month of my time with this company. I hope your experience is better than mine. read more

(+) The actual installation looks great, and the installers worked quickly and efficiently while they were here. They only installed gutters on the side of our house, but it was the entire length of the house and our on our second-level roof. They had everything done and done right within an hour or so. In addition, the contractor who came out to give us the initial estimate cut us a break (almost $90) on the final cost. Not sure if that is reflective of some up-charging that was built-in, but I appreciated the willingness to cut us a bit of a break. The installation took place a week after the consultation, which was fine with us. (-) The person who have us our initial estimate was almost 45 minutes late, although he did give us a heads-up about 15 minutes before he was supposed to arrive. The installers were almost 30 minutes late a week later, and I had to call the office to get a status update when they missed the arrival window that had been provided to me. read more

I highly recommend the Gutter Gorilla company. I had gutters put up in front, over the bay window, and in the back. The Gorillas were professional and friendly, swift and efficient, and they did high quality work putting up the gutters. I am very happy, especially since there has been plenty of rain since the gutters went up; now all that water is watering my lawn and bushes and not my crawlspace. I had concerns about rainwater coming off the junctions between roofs and overwhelming the gutters, but the 6" gutters and the splash guard handles the rain with no problems. Additionally, the gutters look great and were installed perfectly. The house looks better with the gutters up and they add a nice frame to the brick. The color matches perfectly with the stoop and the doorway and gives a new freshness to the look of the house. I am very pleased with the gutters and the work; I feel that I got great value at a very good price. I highly recommend the Gutter Gorilla company. read more

We had gutters installed in September 2021 by the company in Charleston South Carolina. When the first rain occurred there were big leaks at the 90 degree turns because the joints were not sealed. I have called 3 times and was promised that the installer would be out to fix the problem. One time the installer was working across the street and asked him to come over and I showed him the problem. He promised after he had completed the job he would come over and seal the problem. He never showed up. I called 2 times more with promises they would come and fix the problem. On October 29, 2021 I called and was told it was fixed. I asked why the repairman did not communicate the fix to me. The next time it rained same problem. I would recommend if anybody has gutters installed by them they hold back 10% of the price to make sure the installation is completed with no problems. read more

I used this company years ago and have recently tried to utilize their services once again. They have to be under new management because WOW night and day difference, this company has hit a horrible decline. If you want someone to see you as a dollar sign and get left on hold, give them a call it'll probably be voicemail and You might get a text back. read more

A knowledgeable man scheduled to meet me at my new build. He arrived an hour early and called me. I was about to go into a meeting so we discussed it over the phone. What could be so complicated? He told me he had over 2 decades of experience and had been in the navy. I reviewed our obvious needs while he looked at the house. They were prompt and returned to place the gutters that week. They placed a long gutter along an upward sloping roof in 2 places, clearly not needed. When I protested, noting no rain would ever slide off those roofs, they insisted strong winds could blow rain uphill. We removed those gutters and I was reimbursed a very tiny percentage. Then the gutters where 2 roofs converged did not capture the flow and rain would flood my walls front and back with even an average rainfall. When I asked them to make it good, they became argumentative and blamed my roof. I called another company who replaced the gutter with wider ones and installed them 2 inches higher and that did the trick - but more expense for me to replace them. I decided to have gutter guards installed in my home and after speaking with several companies I decided to go with The Gutter Gorilla. On the day of scheduled installation they showed up but left shortly after at which time I found out that they brought the wrong size guards. The installer stated they would be back later. As the day progressed I did not hear from the company and at approx. 3:30pm I spoke with the owner who stated that someone would be out. I explained that my HOA does not allow work past 6pm and I did not want them rushing the job to get it done or the need to come back at another time. My house is not small and I know that to clean the gutters and install the guards would take more then 2 hours so we decided to have the crew come out 3 days later on Saturday at 9:30am to do the job. Saturday comes and a no show at 9:30. I spoke with William (owner) who stated they were on their way. At 10:30 no crew so I contacted William and told him to cancel the installation and I would go with another company. He was not happy but I explained that my time is as valuable as his and with the way his company is performing now I don't have a good feeling about them doing the job. He offered a small discount of $100 but I declined and he then offered $200 which I also declined. I have heard about the issue with companies in this area not doing as they promise and so far I have not experienced this problem but there is a first time for everything. read more

The gutter installation went smoothly and has was handled by two very capable and professional individuals. The gutters look great and while it hasn't rained, the experience to date has been nothing but positive from the estimator to the installer.
