I joined a ladies group that meets here once a month. Such a knowledgeable group that encourages and teaches women!

Staff was knowledge and friendly. Probably the best customer service experience I have had at any business in years. I drove 2 hours to their location and can honestly say, it was worth it. This place doesn't answer the telephone or any means of communication so we drove up here to see if maybe we could ask questions and shoot, but upon ringing the doorbell twice and waiting around for about 5 minutes there was no answer even though there was a car parked out front. It is wild that there is no range to shoot at anywhere near here. read more

Best range for pistol and simulation in the area, without a doubt. Compared to other ranges in the area, and ranges in other states, I vouch for the prices here being comparable or slightly less than others. The awesome owner of this place is very experienced and a complete professional when it comes to running this range, and she also is a supporter of shooting sports and the 2nd amendment. So friendly too, she took time to give me a great demo of her shooting simulator. She has targets, ear protection and eye protection for just a dollar or two if you need them. The range itself is nice, more lanes than average, and rated to a high caliber. I was a bit put off by the behavior of the owners and the way they treated others present, so I have no plans to return. Service is half of the equation and on that they fell well short of acceptable. read more

I didn't know anything about The Gun Cave and used Yelp to find a place to shoot in Arkansas...my husband and I like to try out ranges when we travel. I was a bit intimidated before I went in because I was the only female waiting to go in. ( hubby not with me this time). I was pleasantly surprised a lady let me in and was running it. One of the best indoor ranges I've ever been to. I live in Tulsa, OK, about 4 hours from Hot Springs, but every time I'm over in that area, I make it a point to go shoot at The Gun Cave. The staff is always available for instruction if any is needed. The temperature in the range is always spot on. Many other ranges I've experience have a moisture problem in the range, especially in the heat of the summer. I find The Gun Cave to be inviting and would recommend it to any one! read more
