Had a unique sauce to it...lovely! -Grilled fresh asparagus in charcoal and shavings of Manchego cheese with basil oil...the amazing sauce made this the best asparagus I've ever had. -Grilled Turbot loin with orange, seafood and almonds cream..another incredible sauce! It went well with the fish, shrimp, clams and scallops. -Mediterranean Sole grilled in charcoal with black garlic alioli...no special sauce, but still delicious and cooked perfectly.. Wife was happy. -Sopa de chocolate blanco...for dessert, a green fluffy cake resting in warm melted white chocolate...creative and fabulous! -Wine...can't remember exactly, but we got a nice bottle for under €20. I don't remember the exact prices, but according to my credit card statement the entire meal was €72, which is great value considering this was nearly fine dining. They also have a great selection of European beer, from wheat, to Belgium abbey,... The friendly waiter also suggested we try the 3 local "artesanales" bottled beers, Debbla. The blond and the black (stout) had hints of wheat and I loved it. The red was an amazing IPA. They also have very good wines. They make "tinto de verano" ("summer wine") with real "rioja", and the Sherry is supplied directly from the "bodega". The food goes well with beer. Pizzas, sausages, "codillo" (ham hock), and montaditos (small sandwiches). Montadito gorila was our favorite.
