It seems to me that hair services is their forte. No big issues there outside of the wait time (even with reservations). The nail techs were nice but, unfortunately, the polish chipped within two days. On top of that, they cut our cuticles so sharp that we bled on multiple fingers. After we contacted them via IG to let them know, they did not respond which is super disappointing. As soon as we got home we put on triple-antibiotic to avoid an infection. It hurt for multiple days after that. I have to say they do a good job at cleaning in between clients but what truly shocked me was the lack of gloves. I don't remember the last time I went to a nail salon and techs did not wear gloves (even pre-covid). Also, my sister's tech was wearing a loose mask and her nose was uncovered most of the time. That's a big no-no. They did however, have pexi-glass at their stations. Overall, the place is nice and esthetically appealing. The snacks and drinks are a nice touch. However, I would not recommend nail services because of the experience we had.

This place was awful. Let's go by stages, we went there (sister, mom and me) for preparation of my…read moresister's wedding. We wanted to get the usual, manicure, pedicure, eyebrow wax and hair. The manicure was done haphazardly, with no attention to detail, so my sister ended up with nail polish all over the edge of her fingers. The lady (who was the owner!) said "don't worry, that will come off in the shower). Then she proceeded to apply an air spray to the wet nails, which created a bubbly texture of the enamel. Pedicure: her version of a pedicure was a portable feet massager; there wasn't a dedicated pedicure area. Her toe nail treatment was the same as the fingernails, sloppy at best. She handled our feet roughly, to the point where my mom now has a bruise on her foot. And I had to help mom clean her toes from all the nail polish she smothered. Then she proceeded to do my sister's eyebrows. She was told specifically to only clean them out, since thin eyebrows do not look well on my sister. When she was done, my sister had paper thin eyebrows and super short hair on them. HORRIBLE!! She said she will fix them with makeup, which she did, but then my sister (who takes pride in her natural looks) looked way too made-up. Finally, for the hair, she did a decent job on my mother, (I ended up not having my hair done with her, she would've ruined it), but she took WAY too long on my sister, delaying the event for almost an hour, and making her miss the opportunity of sunset pictures. She didn't even finish her hair; so instead of braids, my sister got twists, which by the end of the event were already undone. Overall, we were EXTREMELY dissatisfied with her and will NEVER recommend her. We will also talk to the venue to have her removed from the recommended vendor list.

Jeff was very well knowledge to know exact presssure points to target and to customized my massage experience in Puerto Rico. Jeff went out of his way to make a Sunday appointment for a friend and I, with a beach front atmosphere. I cannot replicate or emphasis what a great experience I had.
