To nature or not to nature... That is the question…read more Many times we will find other things to "do" besides the inexpensive and beautiful things (I know, weird, right?!) But not this time. Beautiful and scenic as you would expect, but the kids classes and extra events they do here are beyond the expectation. I didn't want to post too many outside pics so you are surprised, but definitely glad "we did" the visit. I took a star off only because there were so many plants I wanted to know the name of, and they were not labeled. I'm sure it will be rectified as they grow.

On this 1.2 acres, once stood the greatest concentration of oil wells in the world, producing more than 2.5 million barrels of oil!! It's free, and easy to spot because of all the oil derricks!! The history on the plaque was definitely an interesting read, I did see one oil pump here also. There's paths to walk under the oil Derricks along with places to sit down. A very nice historical place in the middle of the town!!
