I would give zero stars if I could- this is the email I wrote to the Green Joint- never been treated so poorly by a business and to top it off there product is horrible.
I sent this email to Luke the district manager and ignored and then to his boss Brian, and also ignored. I gave these people over a week to respond, now I'm posting it for the world to see- don't give these people your money- it not worth it and they don't deserve the business.

I am had an issue with the Rifle store on Wednesday at around 5pm. I had been a member of the Rifle store for a few years. I think I renewed with The Green Joint for the last 3 years. I did change dispensaries about 6 months ago because the price of your oz was 150 and I couldn't afford it anymore. I called on Wednesday and asked about the price point of your OZ and was happy to hear it went down substantially. I came in and it was Ameilia and the person I spoke with on the phone. She had to ask Ameilia about medical, my assumption is Ameilia knew I was call. Looking back at the interactions, it seemed like she had looked up my account previous to my visit that day.
It was a pleasant visit, just chatting with Ameilia just like we always had in the past, never had an issue with Ameilia. I had heard from previous employees that there was a 'side' to her that is not pleasant but I had never experienced that. That being said, I asked her about membership again and she told me we could do it one last time but if I left again I would not be able to come back. I asked her what that was all about. She told me that I was a 'Dispensary hopper' and I was changing Dispensaries every 6 months. I told her that wasn't true, I said I was with you for years and I had to change a while back because I couldn't afford it. She said that I had bad marks on my account and it stated that I bounced back and forth. I said, Ameilia, that is not true, I have been here for years until recently. I was definitely on defense at that point because she would not hear me. She then indicated that she was trying to have an 'adult' conversation with me but wasn't happening. This was with a condescending tone, along with the rest of the convo. I got frustrated, I asked her to show me, I wanted to see my membership history. She said ok and was walking me to the front, mind you the whole time with attitude. As I was walking to the front I was just pissed, and I said nevermind, I'm not giving you my business. I don't know who pissed in her cherrios that day but that whole thing was uncalled for.
I came home and called the gws office and talked to the assistant manager, she was very nice and responsive.
She looked at my account and did see a comment from 2018 from the manager in gws that said I was dispensary hopper but it said nothing else. She also said that Ameilia had added a note on Wednesday, November 30 that was not so nice and said that I had stormed out and that I was no longer eligible membership.
I apologize, I can not remember the assistant manager in gws name, but she said if it was up to her she would have just reinstated it but because of the 2018 remark and now Ameilia's remark that she would leave a message with her manager and she would get back with me.
I did just want to wash my hand of all this nonsense but unfortunately there is only you, and 1 other med store in this area so my hands are tied. I need my meds and my current dispensary is not doing well and may close down, so u all would be the only med store available.
I would like to know what I did to be treated like that and why nasty notes are allowed in my account without my knowing, I would like transparency. This to me is a issue with confidentiality as a medical patient, and just plain unprofessional.

The assistant manager had also mentioned that the company had been going through some growing pains and there was high stress and anxiety in the company right now that all employees are feeling because they have been having to work long hours from of shortage of workers.
I understand and get how that can effect the moral. That being said I do not want to be the brunt of someone else's stress. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at your business and am super bummed about that interaction with Ameilia. I don't understand how Ameilia can banish me from membership by just writing a nasty note in my account. Where is the accountability?
