We had no idea where to even start with…read morethe home search and buying process and knew that we needed a realtor that would be able to guide us through the entire process and prepare us for the home ownership. Our experience with Nitin was above and beyond what we ever could have imagined. Before even signing a contract to work with Nitin, he met with us with a binder full of information about the home buying process and walked us through it all on a high level. Based on this experience and the stellar reviews we saw of him, we knew we'd found our realtor. Nitin was patient with us since we weren't fully sure what we wanted or what was reasonable with our budget. He patiently took us to different parts of North Dallas that we were considering and then suggested another area that was not on our radar. Sure enough, we ended up buying a home in the area he suggested and are so glad we did! Nitin was always available for us if we had questions or concerns, often times giving us a call within minutes of our reaching out to him with questions. His experience with home buying in Dallas was extremely useful, and he was able to answer all of our questions without any hesitation. Home buying is the biggest purchase a person can make, and Nitin is definitely the only realtor we would want on our team while going through the stressful process. Even now, after being done with closing, Nitin still reaches out and calls us whenever we have any new home owner questions or concerns. We highly recommend Nitin for anybody looking to buy a home. He will give you complete peace of mind and all the information you need to make this huge decision confidently.

I appreciated the challenging questions he proposed which helped me really focus on what it was I was really trying to get.
