I had my trial back in May, which is complementary for brides :) I got my second spray tan for my bridal shower in June and got married in August. I loved my tan every time! As a disabled veteran, wellness access and predictability matter to me. Instead of transparency or accommodation, I was met with silence and dismissal when I asked for clarification. No effort was made to work through the situation, respond meaningfully, or offer a fair resolution. This wasn't about special treatment - it was about basic communication, fairness, and respect. Unfortunately, those were lacking here. I would urge others to be cautious and to get all policies in writing before committing.
