It was moist, flavorful, and I don't know what they're using in their marinade, but it was delicious. The portion size was generous--two thighs, two drumsticks, and a large serving of rice with vegetables. It felt like a great value for the price. I ordered takeout, so I can't comment on the dine-in service, but everyone I interacted with during pickup was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The warm beet salad is practically a meal for two. Same with the calamari, which we could not finish! (My friend isn't crazy for the spices used in the calamari breading and dip, but I liked it okay.) Leave room for dessert. We recommend the cheesecake! Seating inside is intimate. There were only a few parties when we were there but I could imagine if the place was hopping, acoustics would be iffy. Sit at the bar to watch all the action behind the scenes.
