Had eyelashes dyed- and an awesome experience with it! Easy to book and quick appointment- doing it next time I go to the beach!

Very pleased with this facial. Will advise her next time on slight irritation from some product. At the age of 76, (actively engaged as an artist) the process offered by Hand & Stone add something I can live with.

Came here for a little while since it was a convenient location and was doing cost savings (cheaper…read morethan my usual/preferred higher end spas). The price isn't bad if you're value shopping (you get what you pay for though). Lobby area is neat, front desk lady Felicia is always pleasant. Tried a few different therapists and ended up sticking with Leon, who does a good job. It's what you would expect for a midtier spa chain basically. Improvement areas: 1. Annoying how the chain is set up to only offer 50 min (vs 60) and 80 min (vs 90) massage sessions unlike every other place. Gives off the impression that they're being stingy with time given to clients. 2. My first couple visits each time I felt like I was being sold to by both the receptionist and therapist which was weird. People go to spas to relax, so go softer on the selling. Membership should only be brought up once by receptionist. PRO TIP: While the membership does save you a bit of money if you know you're using it at least once a month, just know there are add on fees for extending to 80 mins and adding deep tissue. You also have to specifically request that you want deep tissue as an add on, it's not a given. it's tricky getting out of your membership- if you do end it, make sure to call at least 30 days PRIOR to the monthly renewal date or else you'll have another 2 months' worth of charges on your card.
