While some successful businesses are built on friendships, the risks associated with this approach are significant. These include disagreements over money, roles, decision-making, and unequal contributions, which can lead to resentment and damage the friendship. " I am here to challenge that. I needed experience, tenacity and results and that is what I got. Friendship was the cherry on top and if anything, just made a scary process easier. Knowing you are responsible for a parent's portfolio and future is at times lonely and overwhelming. Stacy and Team made the process efficient and easy. In today´s slow market as we are currently experiencing, where homes are staying on the market an average of 120-days you exceeded everyone's expectations by having multiple offers in only 5-days and well above market value - the neighbors truly appreciate you bringing back up the neighborhood home values. Your level of detail in regards to competitive properties, professionally marketing my home, setting a realistic price while meeting my expectations, qualifying the potential buyers, and negotiating a rapid escrow has made this a pleasurable and pleasing sale and business relationship. In addition, with the sale of my current home, I would like to thank you for finding my next home. Not only did this property meet all of my criteria, but exceeded my expectations for price of 37,000 well under market value. I also thank you for introducing me to an honest lender that got me an incredible rate much lower than expected, thanks to you for pushing me to get a good faith agreement and lock rate. You took the time to walk my wife and me through each step as well as always informing us with updates through your phone calls, emails and that great 24hr online live update status created personally for our transaction. At the end of our transaction, Jacqueline selfishly donated a percentage of her commission to a charity organization of our choice, in our name. This was no surprise to me, as Jacqueline demonstrated many kind-hearted acts throughout the entire transaction, like the wonderful, thoughtful key ceremony you gave when I walked through the door as the new owner. The food, Champaign, balloons and gifts were all very much appreciated - again another one of your thoughtful acts of kindness to make sure every moment was special. I appreciate your efforts. I am not only a satisfied client but now also a friend. Best regards Thomas Paterniti

Jacqueline is the only real estate person I will recommend, she is a very experienced professional…read morethat's trustworthy, reliable and very knowledgeable in the real estate world and much, much more. When my brother and I lost our parents we were left with the hard decision to make and a lot of things to do. I was in a cold dark place and I wanted to keep the home but circumstances came along and we had to sell. When I called Jacqueline she was so kind and she said she was honored that we picked her for this chapter in our lives. She has a unique way of saying things, I love it. Jacqueline got to work, she helped us every step of the way to get the house ready. When she put the house on the market at a fair price we all agreed on, it sold in 2 weeks. The last night we owned the house she surprised my brother and I with a beautiful fun dinner, with all kinds of food, cake, and everything so that the last night in our parents hone was not sad, but happy. I have never been so surprised in my life, it was magical. Jacqueline has had a positive impact in my life and I will be forever thankful for all her help. Later Jacqueline gave us each a book with our parent's picture on the front and inside pictures of the party and the home they lived in. We both will cherish these books forever. Jacqueline is a beautiful human being inside and outside, she is amazing. Sherry Ornelas

I consulted David Perez, a real estate agent of Bullock Russell Real Estate Services for a home I…read morewas interested in possibly purchasing in the mountains. I had originally met Mr. Perez when he was the buyers agent for someone who invited me to view the property they were purchasing with his help. Months later I was in discussions with a different agent and broker about selling property. I had asked that agent to go with me to a property in the mountains I wanted to view. That agent committed to following up at the beginning of the new week, and e-mailed their team members, promising one of them would contact me. Unfortunately, no one associated with that agent ever followed-up and the property I was interested in became contingent and no longer available. I continued to watch the property, and about five months later the property fell out of escrow and was relisted for sale. My experience with the agent I had been in discussions with lost my trust and confidence. I didn't feel they valued me as a potential customer for a sale, and they showed I couldn't trust them for showing me property or negotiating property. Perhaps if I had asked them to sell my car, or help me buy a car, that would of been different. But when you are dealing with hundreds of thousands of dollars into the millions, i'd have to be insane to work with anyone I can't trust. I contacted David Perez of Bullock Russell Real Estate Services since I already had his phone number, he had already helped someone I know purchase a property, and he seemed very knowledgeable when I had previously met him. To my surprise David offered to show me the property, despite knowing it would require several hours of his time, and a three hour round trip drive. He also knew, it was the only property I was looking at in California. David contacted the selling agent to request a time for us to view the property, met at the property on a Saturday, walked me through all the different areas within the property and pointed out issues that concerned him about it. He estimated it may need an addition $250,000 investment to bring it up to code and to correct several concerning issues, including a notice we found on the door from the county indicating it was in violation of several codes. David recommended not purchasing the property and explained why, and that is what a buyer or seller wants and needs from a real estate agent. Someone who is honest, trustworthy and genuinely helping you evaluate a property. I found David very friendly, eager to assist, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions about the property being looked at and saved me from making a bad purchase. I didn't buy that property and decided to hold off on property hunting while I determine what state or area I want to look at going forward. I interviewed 5 or 6 different agents and brokers so far, and I found it difficult to find one who I feel I can trust. When dealing with so much money, and something so important, I want someone I'd feel comfortable leaving my wallet on the table around if I had to leave the room. I can only speak to my experience, but I feel confident all my money would still be in my wallet if I left it in the room with Mr. Perez, or when making a decision for buying real estate.

We made the mistake of listing our home with a good friend , emphasis, unfortunately, on former…read more His strategy was to price the house low to create a bidding war. Sounded great in theory. In reality, after a month of lowball offers, deals falling apart, and absolutely none of the promised bidding-war fireworks, he suggested we reduce the price even further , despite similar homes, many not nearly as nice as ours, selling for more. We were completely perplexed. Every time we asked what was going on, there seemed to be another explanation about something supposedly wrong with the house, but never much acknowledgment that maybe , just maybe, the strategy itself wasn't working. At some point, when your beautiful home starts being treated like the last dented can in the clearance aisle, you know something has gone sideways. So we parted ways, took the house off the market for a few weeks, regrouped, and hired Kathe. The difference was immediate. From the moment Kathe walked through the door, she understood what made the home special. The custom woodwork, the huge back patio, the classic kidney-shaped pool, and all the little details that gave the house character. Instead of telling us what was wrong with it, she saw what was right with it. And we loved that. She brought in stagers, added her own personal touches, repositioned the home properly and , this is the part we particularly enjoyed, suggested we actually raise the asking price by $10,000 over our original listing. The minute the house hit the market, we received multiple offers. It sold in a freaking WEEK for nearly $40,000 more than what we had originally been asking. Talk about night and day. The entire experience with Kathe, albeit a very quick one, was an absolute pleasure. She understood the home, understood the market, and most importantly, knew how to present it in a way that made buyers see what we had always seen in it. We genuinely could not recommend her more highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. And when the day eventually comes to say goodbye to our current house, there won't be a dramatic realtor audition process. We're calling Kathe.
