We did have a substitute instructor and one of our classes, and while he wasn't bad, I certainly noticed the difference in terms of my ability to understand and absorb the material. For those of you who are more price sensitive: I was a little skeptical about paying anything for a GMAT course, let alone a premium for Veritas, but it's one of the best decisions I made in the MBA process. Sign up and they FedEx you a huge volume of print materials for the course, give you access to online diagnostic tests as well as more GMAT practice tests than you'll ever use (I think i used 3 of about 15). It's all a great way to stay motivated and on track. I began the course in May and by July I had taken the GMAT and scored in the 96th percentile, all while working a more-than-full-time job. He has a unique style of teaching (which is aligned with the Manhattan GMAT course) that focuses NOT on teaching content, but test taking strategy which is critical. With only 4 classes with Avi, I increased my percentile ranking to over 90th percentile in about 4 weeks. During the classes, he is patient, konwledgable and entertaining all at the same time. I highly recommend anyone taking the test to reach out to Avi - and with luck you'll find a slot with him as he's high in demand.

The practical part of the course was also very informative. For instance, for the CFSC, we got a lot of hands-on experience with a wide range of rifles and ammo. There's a lot of information to digest quickly, making the educator's job even more critical. Additionally, the subject matter is sensitive and not something to take lightly. However, you only know what you'll get once you experience the instructor. Hence, I'm leaving this review to say that GTA Firearms Academy is one of the good schools, and I highly recommend it.

Dave works with his team both online and in his office on Yonge and St. Clair. They tutor students statistics and economics day and night, since they do online tutoring in different countries. These guys are the real deal, I just wished my professors were like them. They explain things so simply that you wonder if you are actually studying for the same course. I got 85%!! The Stephen Lewis Secondary school has a track right behind their school compound, it's a nice…read morepavement surface, could use upkeep but better than the sand tracks. It's one of my favourite local tracks, people sort of walk it during the evening and occassionally cyclist (??on the track) but overall not a bad place to work out. In the back theres some soccer fields and sitting benches. The location is near the shoppers drugmart, sobeys and tim hortons. If you're looking for a decent track this is one. It's also free :)
