Serri was an absolutely exceptional real estate agent, and we can't recommend her and her partner…read moreGeorge highly enough. We hired Serri to sell our five-acre property with an exceptional panoramic view, our beloved home, and from the very first walkthrough she was extremely professional and thorough. She inspected every bit of the home and grounds and immediately knew how to position it to meet our specific goal: a quick sale, at a strong price, with no lingering on the market and no price reductions. A previous agent had pitched our home as a retirement property, which never sat right with us. Serri saw it exactly as we did, as a family home, and priced and marketed it accordingly. She brought in her own staging team, photographer, and videographer (including drone footage), and recommended a handful of relatively small, inexpensive updates, including a fresh paint job. The return on those modest changes was remarkable. They made a huge difference in how the home showed and clearly helped drive up buyer interest and the final sale price. Serri and George held a single open house that brought in over 100 visitors, and within 48 hours we had two offers above our asking price, from a family with young children and another who was ready to start one. Both could clearly picture themselves living there. Serri and George managed every step of the process with great care and skill. We were also in the middle of an international move at the time, which made everything more stressful, and Serri and George took every worry off our plate. Whether you're buying, selling, or just need solid advice, Serri and George are fantastic, and we recommend them without hesitation.

As my husband and I look back on 2023, the accomplishment we are most proud of is buying a home in…read moreSan Diego. This would not have been possible without the help of our brilliant realtor, Kate Goodwin. Recommended by a friend, I confided in Kate in Sept that we finally felt confident in exploring the possibility of buying a home. We spoke of our apprehension as first time buyers as well as our fears of searching in a competitive market with rising interest rates. Kate assured us every step of the way, from beginning to end. She approached us with clarity and honesty. She spoke of genuine care and passion of why she became a realtor and discussed her zero commitment until we were sure. Putting peoples needs first is Kate's specialty. Never once did our family feel pushed, manipulated, or blindsided. Kate was with us from the first day we looked at homes to the last. She coached us in what to look for in a home, she walked us through timelines, expectations, and went through all the paperwork page by page (we basically read novels together). She was patient, kind, and thorough. She took every one of our considerations into account from our beloved pit bull to the possibility of potential ADU/future rentals. Kate never made us feel like we were less-than or foolish, she never spoke down to us, and she treated us with genuine respect from the beginning. She didn't bat an eye when we stated we'd be using our VA. She insisted we look into ways to push into a higher price point without sacrificing our existing lifestyle or budget. She explored assumable loans and buy-downs. Kate will find a way to make your dreams a reality. What we appreciated most about Kate was her willingness to go to bat for us. She fought for our rights and she protected us when she sensed anything was off. She always wanted to know our thoughts and when asked, she didn't hesitate to tell us that something wasn't the right fit for us and why. Even after papers were signed and escrow was closed, she fought for things that didn't turn out just right for us. She continues to after we've been in our home for a month. Her instincts are on point. If you are looking for the perfect realtor, look no further. She was punctual, she was diligent, she communicated well, she was organized, and she broke things down in ways that made it very easy to understand. From our initial conversation in September that broached the idea of exploring, to closing escrow by Thanksgiving, Kate made purchasing a home feel easy. My husband and I will never use another realtor. She is a stellar realtor and a fantastic human. We absolutely recommend Kate to anyone and everyone.

From the onset, Kate showed up on time and well prepared. In fact, more prepared than I've seen anyone, in any prior transition--combined. Her research of the market couldn't have been more accurate, with hindsight as our guide. She presented us with a professional booklet that educated us on the market research in our area, which led us to feel confident in our sales price. With Kate's insight about MLS timing, market patterns, and price we drew more than 50 buyers to our first (and only) open house. That first open house resulted in 2 reputable offers, over our asking price. In addition, a few stragglers came in days after and we settled on an offer that was $70,000 over our asking price. It would be easy to just talk about the money, but Kate and her team were so professional throughout the entire process. There were times that she would reach out to us with updates before we even asked. It's as if she were in our minds, or perhaps she knows what buyers and sellers experience while going through the process. We truly feel that Kate went above and beyond for us and if there were a way to give 6 stars, we would! We can say with confidence that we wholeheartedly believe anyone engaged in real estate transactions should have Kate on their side.

I gave her some general info, e.g great FICO, credit report, salary 5X the rent. No response. After a few days, I texted and emailed again, asking if the property was available. After 2 weeks, I finally called the main office by finding their number on google. I spoke to Carolyn who said the property was still available. I was told that the agent would get back to me. Later that day Carolyn said that she tried to reach Jackie 6 times without response. The next day I was told Jackie was sick but she would get back to me. No response. I called Carolyn back and was told she would reach out to Jackie again and let me know when I could tour. I was told to apply on their direct website, not zillow. That night, the listing was taken off the website so I couldn't apply. I was told that Jackie had given a tour one week prior -- even though I had been contacting her for 2 weeks -- and probably would offer it to that person. I respect that they can choose who they want. Few things though: 1. It clearly was not done first come first served 2. the company agent does not respond quickly to inquiries 3. I would be VERY hesitant re: this company in regards to requests for repairs, etc. 4. All I requested was a text indicating if the place was available or should I move on. I did not get the decency of a reply text. 5. Carolyn gest 5 stars. Jackie gets negative stars, if possible. Bad manners from viewpoint. As a rental property owner, I would not use them for my tenants because I have no confidence that they would be responsive to the needs of my tenants.
