A wonderful journey through the life and times of Frank McCourt and his family. There's an older gentleman there by the name of "Mick" who was one of Frank McCourt's friends who tells amazing real life stories of his experiences with, and memories of, Frank McCourt. He tells his personal tales with flare and humor just as the traveling story tellers of the Emerald Isle did centuries ago. Our tour guide was very friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating. He even recommended that we sample Frank's favorite pub, South's, located a short walk away from the museum. The curator of the museum, "Una" was a warm and lovely hostess. During our tour she was not present but actually tracked us down at a South's Pub to thank us for visiting and was kind enough to buy us a round. Overall great experience! read more
