I ordered an arrangement on flowerssameday.co.uk, and was incredibly disappointed when the bouquet arrived. The arrangement that was delivered had a receipt from "The Flower Corner", obviously a contract from "flowers same day.co.uk". The flowers are for a terminally ill patient in a hospice house, and this is what I get... I contacted flowerssameday for resolution, and was told we actually got more flowers than usual as they were out of specific flower. I understand that, but at least TRY to get the same or close-to same quality and size bouquet. The reply I got, felt like a shrug-off. I asked for a refund, and or a different bouquet more fitting for the price I paid (£50), in which I was refused. Would highly advise NOT to order flowers through this local business as they do not have the talent, pride,or the business ethics to provide a dying person a beautiful bouquet to end their time on this earth. read more
