Absolutely amazing. The staff were amazing! My first time and they made me feel so comfortable! Parking was great too. Waiting area has a heated foot spa to begin with a cup of tea. Clean, fresh and relaxing rooms. Robe, towel, slippers and high quality body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. What a fantastic experience! Both ladies at the front desk made this experience something everyone should try!

Located in a 2 story house behind the Whole Bowl. Kudos for a Private parking lot for customers! Dillian was nice and went over what's to expect in the soak baths. But when you first arrive you get to soak your feet in a 100f degree foot bath just inside the doors. It's a community bath for up to 4 people. Sign a waiver and relax until your room is cleaned and ready for you. Drink some decaffeinated tea or water while you wait. Shower before you get in and after you come out to rid of the 1000 lbs of Epsom salt. It was a cool experience and a lovely gift. They even have membership deals available. I left relaxed and hope to try it again. Make sure you get in a meal an hour before your appt so your tummy isn't growling and waking you up. I could also hear sirens faintly go by but the cool silicon ear plugs kept my ears dry.

Wow! What an experience! I'm not going to lie, I had some fears about float tanks having never experienced it (googled my way to some blogs about claustrophobic panic attacks, yeast infections, stinging skin). My husband surprised me with a self care afternoon in my day off and prepaid for a 90 minute float followed by a 90 minute massage. The process of purchasing and booking so so professional and smooth from start to finish. Plenty of parking in the lot in front when I arrived which was so nice. The woman at the front desk was so kind, professional and personable and made me feel comfortable right away. The foot soak while you wait was wonderful and the tea they gave me was delicious. Everything about the soak was thoroughly explained to me. I got in expecting stinging skin or a reaction and experienced none of that. I also tend to be a claustrophobic person and did not experience that either. I won't say I went into a meditative state but it was relaxing and so nice to have complete quiet and an absence of gravity weighing on me. The massage that followed with Zachary was one of the best I've had. Highly recommend him, he is a bodywork genius. I will definitely be bringing my husband back so we can both float, I think he'd love it. So glad I did this! Incredibly reasonable prices as well compared to other spas.

I've had a lot of massages from a lot of therapists, so I'm very particular, especially when it comes to deep pressure. I like it very deep, but it has to be skilled deep, not just someone muscling through it. After my longtime therapist at another studio left, I found my way back to The NOW and started going to the downtown location. Turned out my old therapist was at this location I was so excited because he was amazing. One day I went to book him and found he had left. I was honestly worried I'd be back to square one. Amber, the manager, stepped in and assured me she would pair me with one of their folks that specialized in deep pressure and recommended Colin. I was a bit skeptical. Let me just say, Amber nailed it. Colin is phenomenal. He is one of the best massage therapists I've had, easily top tier. I've now seen him several times, and he consistently delivers exactly what I need. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders, and he knows how to get in there with precision and intention. It absolutely hurts so good in the best possible way. Beyond the technical skill, Colin is just a wonderful human. Professional, attentive, and clearly someone who takes pride in his work. If you're someone who likes deep, effective massage and have struggled to find the right therapist, book with him if you can. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommend.

Further, although customers have already paid for services--including those accrued during the notice period--those services are subject to a 90-day expiration. After that, they are forfeited with no refund or extension. Similar practices involving expiring paid credits have been challenged in cases involving companies such as Audible. I later received a call saying my massage therapist was no longer available and the appointment needed to be rescheduled. After speaking with someone, they reassigned me to another therapist for the same day and time, which was fine. Shortly after, I received additional messages asking to reschedule my facial and repeatedly suggesting different days and times. The entire reason I booked early was to secure the original date and times, so this was frustrating. When I called to explain that I did not want to reschedule the facial, I also learned that the massage appointment had not been properly updated and that the time was no longer available. Due to the ongoing scheduling issues, excessive communication which was disruptive during a typical workday, and overall disorganization, I canceled both appointments and booked elsewhere. I was disappointed with the lack of organization and excessive communication about two simple appointments.
