I hired The Firewood Gals Tree Service to cut up a big portion of a double-trunked pine that fell in my yard across the fence from the neighbor's property... it was two 30-ft lengths beginning at ~20" diameter or more. Mostly I wanted the eyesore just gone but they gave me such a good deal on also splitting the wood for me. The pieces were cut into sizes I could easily handle (I'm old) and they stacked them in the large wood rack near the back of my property as well as carted up a LOT to fully stack on the wood rack on my back patio. I will have plenty of outdoor firewood to last all winter! Jess has a fantastic work ethic, as does Christina. Don't hesistate--call them for a quote if you need firewood or a tree cut up and split. The wood was sold at a fair price, a true cord not shorted and is well seasoned oak and dry.
