I ended up not liking the first item as much as I had hoped/wanted, and it was an easy return/exchange and moving on to other items with more knowledge of what worked vs didn't work. I left with 2 more items - and returning one again for an easy exchange... and again leaving with a separate item. The staff remembered me, my preferences, etc each time and were totally non-judgemental when something didn't work out.
