S of Reno Ave & I-40 & W of MLK Ave. Located in the First Americans Museum (FAM) in the north east section on the 1st floor by the FAM Café, "Arbor," and the 39 Restaurant. Products: There are books, paintings, jewelry, clothing, purses, pottery, Bedré Chocolates and coffee, and the O-Gah-Pah Brand Coffee served in the Arbor Café, other snacks, like Tanka Native American healthy food, like Buffalo jerky, honey, and children's items like stuffed animals and books. Decor/Design: The store is in a glass enclosed area so people can see inside while walking by in the museum. The lettering is "FAMstore" over the door, in black letters for FAM and lower case white letters for "store." There is no space between the letters "FAM" and "store" and the "s" is lowercase. The floor is tan wood while the ceiling has tan wood paneling. From the front desk to the custodial crew, this place would be better off closed. Favoritism runs rampant in this excuse for a work place, and all of your hard work will be thrown away and praise will be given to someone less deserving. There is no room for improvement here. Custodians get treated like garbage by the "higher ups" and have to deal with incompetent management both at the facility and the HQ in Alaska. Stay away from this place. They have shut down their restaurant and put a bunch of people out of jobs, they have shut down the theater because they weren't getting enough foot traffic and have been firing people left and right for small infractions. Don't spend your money here, don't have events here because you're eating off of dishes that aren't being properly washed, and they're cutting back more and more of the custodial supplies. Toilets are not being cleaned thoroughly, handrails don't get dusted or wiped, and the touch screens are only cleaned with water. The glass in the Hall of Fame is falling and wasps are everywhere and not being taken care of. Security is unarmed and unmotivated to do anything. The store is a scam and taking all your money. So yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i purchased a…read morering in april 2025 while on sale and put it back for a birthday gift 8-7-25. i purchased the warranty. a couple of weeks later it was taken in to be sized and was there a coupe of weeks. she wore it for 2 weeks and i was at a jelers having my rings checked so we just had them check her for the heck of it. there was a stone missing, we were shocked. we put it up and about a week or teo later took it in to be repaired. they said the metal was warranty but not stones. we called and talked to the manager in okc and he said since it was bought online and in april he could not help me so i called the customer service for zales outlet. they will not stan d behind their products. we were to have it inspected in october even though it was not worn and they had it in their repair shop most of october , you would think they would have inspected it. i have purchased many pieces over the years from zales but i will never again purchase anything from them. obviously they are not the same company they used to be 25 plus years ago.
