At this point, I have paid a premium for the item. It is NOT rare nor is it high end...contrary. Upon getting it, I notice it's faulty. I contact them and they tell me I'd have paid more IF it was mint. But it's NOT mint...lol....so that's neither here nor there. Plus...I DID pay more than a fair price for this item. Then they tell me MOST old items like this have the same issue. Untrue. THEN they admit the issue descriptor was never used in their description. Or I'd have never bought. Now, they tell me their pics reveal the issue. You'd have to be an eagle to see this in the lousy pic they use. AND...I could have done better taking a more accurate pic. Finally, they passive aggressively offer to take it back...which they should...it was inaccurately advertised....but they want ME to eat shipping both ways. Not going to happen! I'll just leave scathing online reviews and keep the thing. Bad enough I have to drive it across town to post office.....I'm not paying for their blunders. On a poorly described item...that I paid top dollar for. Crooks.....never again! You've been warned, folks!

He conducted a thorough inspection and provided helpful background information about the piano maker and model, giving us a better understanding of the instrument. Anthony and his assistant John were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. On the day of the move, they took great care to ensure the piano would fit safely through the kitchen and in the elevator, paying close attention to wall and cabinet corners. The piano was secured and transported in a Bayfront Piano trailer outfitted exclusively for instrument moving. They claimed the pianist didn't have score. They could totally find it on line or ask me. Or they could inform me the situation and cancel or reach the session instead of didn't do nothing then charged me for their unprofessional service. Because of the pianist, we could not carry the rehearsal. Then the owner blamed my daughter (12 years old) who prepared very well. "She missed rhythm, that's why the pianist could not do well". How does my daughter play good when the pianist couldn't even play 3 bars without any mistakes!!! And they claimed what they said to my daughter a "constructive advice". Wow!!! What type of teacher blame a kid when the fault is professional's. Extremely wrong and discouraging way to teach a kid(s). They claimed many times that the pianist was doing the sight reading...... if she can do good by sight reading, it's totally fine. But she cannot do good, she should be prepared the piece better since they are charging us $$ Extremely unprofessional and the piano wasn't tuned!! Even giving them one star is too generous.
