At the floor marked "UG", the lift opens to this beautiful atrium atop Victoria Square. This free observation deck affords a pretty good view of the city and best of all, it's absolutely free. There was a security guard looking at his phone but otherwise, we were along here to look out at Belfast from the mountains in the distance to the air conditioning units in the foreground.
