Many were dirty, smelly, or harsh. Zoom Room Dog Training was the opposite. It is clean and spacious facility and the staff warm, kind, and professional. My first orientation meet and greet sold me. She took so much time getting to know me and my boy Bailey. I could tell they would love him like I do. I signed up for 10 sessions. We've participated in two of our group sessions. Ive spent a couple hours on the phone with him where I've been brow-beaten his mantra. I like his mantra-no shock collars, train the person and not the dog, etc. But he talks so much and feels the need to continually sell himself and his school that you can't actually schedule the training. I have no doubt he's probably a good trainer but I'm guessing I'll never know. Don't call unless you have countless hours to spend on the phone and a stiff drink in your hand.
