Placed an order with them and it came and looked just like what they have on their site. When I placed a 2nd order for the same thing it looked different in size, font and border. I called and asked if they can reprint this being it was clearly not what they show on their site. Even emailed them a picture of the two different decals. I was told that no where on their site do they have to match anything.. really??? So buyer beware... Placed an "Urgent customer" Order on the 15th of May to be sent USPS Priority Mail and today is the 27th of June " 43 days later" and all the information I get back is that it's in LA somewhere " We live in Australia" this order cost us $350 US ($504 Australian) I CONTACTED THE Great sales Assistant RANDY at the Decal Shop only to be told it was my job to chase it through USPS, well after contacting USPS they told me that it was the sender's job as they have the account, Tracking and lodgement information "BUT WE KNEW THAT DIDN'T WE RANDY".The Decal shop has shown no interest at all in reimbursing or sending out a new set of graphics for my customer "THAT I PAID FOR" But continues to blame USPS. I run my own company in Australia and let me tell you that "I don't give a dam attitude is Pathetic RANDY" and if a customer pays big money for an item and does not receive it we send out another straight away you incompetent fool. THE GEAT RANDY TOLD ME TO WAIT UNTIL 45 DAYS AND THEN HE WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, SO UNFORTUNATELY FOR US RANDY WE CANNOT WAIT FOR ANOTHER MONTH AND EXTEND THE TIME FRAME TO 65 DAYS. Purchased a decal for my Wrangler consisting of lettering. After following the installation instructions to the letter, some of the lettering would not release from the backing material. After contacting the shop regarding the issue, I was met with rudeness and a nasty attitude. The blame was placed squarely on me and the shop took no responsibility for the images not releasing. Further contact was met with even more rudeness. I filed a claim with Amazon as the purchase was made through them. Thankfully, they saw fit to refund my money after reading through the several emails that were sent between the shop and myself. I would NOT purchase anything from this company ever! Ordered 1 set of decals for my 2 front doors and they sent 2 sets. Somehow the order was duplicated (I certainly didn't order it twice) and they sent me an extra at an extra charge of course. When I received the duplicate order, I sent it back with the return label from amazon (supposed to be a free return). The Decal Shoppe decides to charge me the initial shipping(says free shipping when ordered, guess it wasn't free) and they also said they charged me for the return postage as well as a 15% restocking fee. All in all, they ended up charging me 47% of the original price for an item I didn't order. When I reached out to them, they were not nice and said "why should we have to pay for the item that is on you." I explained I never placed that second order and that it was obviously a mistake. This place is garbage, apparently any order issues are not there fault and free shipping doesn't mean free to them. Not shopping here anymore. Be sure to check the vendor when ordering on Amazon, since Amazon can't force these folks to not rip people off. read more

Purchased an item from one of their websites. It took 2 weeks (12 days) to get, when it got here it was WRONG. I notified them of the problem. They told me I ordered the wrong item. I argued with them for days. Luckily I paid with Paypal and was able to recover my money after opening a case against them. The CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!. I was told by Randy Pope through email that he was, QUOTE, "LMAO your wrong" and "YOU ORDERED THE WRONG ONE". They even told paypal that it was a custom order and they couldn't refund me regardless. Later after WEEKS OF THIS BS OF THEM SAYING IT WAS ME WHO ORDERED THE WRONG THING, I get an apology, stating, QUOTE "(this is a copy/paste of the email he sent me) "Hi, First off I want to apologize to you! You are correct The switch was reversed and the 2nd was the wrong one for you machine! So if you return it we will refund you or correct it and send it back to you Just let us know I would just like to let you know why I got so frustrated is with The Miller Plates For like 95% with get from customers who send them in and we refurbish them as Miller does not furnish us the original drawings on most there plates as they farmed them out over the years and no longer have them unlike The Lincoln we get them on every machine they made so the Miller plate is mis-ordered quite a bit by customer as so many are look and are so close but will not work. I thought that was the case, But it was not at all, We think when we customized this plate for another customer it got saved under the original file as the custom one so our graphics department fixed it today is why we can take care of it now and our water jet guys will have us the correct 2nd plate by the time we get that one back Once again I am very sorry and thank you for bringing it to our attention Thanks" end quote. THEN QUOTE "Hi, I won't have that second plate until my water jet guy get them done this week but I will send it asap" THEN QUOTE "Somehow our entire file got changed on this item but our graphics department fixed it yesterday but I don't have that plate yet" THEN QUOTE "It has all been corrected like it use to be until the file got written over Thanks" After all this, all is fine, no hard feelings, I just needed my product. I sent the incorrect item (that was sent to me) back with tracking, it showed it was delivered. I tried contacting these guys everyday from that time, with NO RESPONSE!!!!! These guys cost me a bunch of money, due to their unprofessionalism and child like attitude. I will be contacting the company that they are authorized to do work for as well. Horrible, horrible experience. I know its tough to admit your wrong, but (&^R^&. Its not my style to leave reviews, and this is the only one I have ever written, but this experience drove me to it. This place is horrible at selling decals. I e-mail them on what 2 shops told me about the stripes I purchased for my challenger and the guy got offended. I told him I was not qualified to say anything about your stripes but the 2 shops I went to said they are made out of very cheap material.He got very upset with me. Do not use The Decal Shoppe! I ordered some vehicle graphics online. The graphics arrived after a lengthy wait and were installed, then my customer noticed that the graphics were cut wrong. I contacted customer service for a refund (with proof of the incorrectly cut graphics) and was lied to regarding the cut file and then completely ignored. These guys don't stand by their products and would rather lie than give a refund. read more
