On my arrival, the office was closed but the bay door was open. I happened upon the manager, who informed they were closed and he was still there only because he needed to pull his own car back in to put air in the tires. I explained that I had spoken with the receptionist for this, but he said there was no loaner car. Most businesses would have stopped here and told me to call back on Monday. Not here. The manager stopped what he was doing, walked me back to the office and remedied the situation. We rescheduled for the following week AND he compensated me by throwing in free ceramic coating of my wheels and brake calipers (a $495 value). The next week, all went smoothly. Every employee smiled and said hi that morning. I enjoyed the use of a FREE loaner car. The next day (the ceramic has to cure for 24 hours), MY car looks amazing. I opted for the 8-year ceramic coating. They threw in a kit of "boost" (a spray I'll apply periodically to help the ceramic last longer). Bottom line here is work ethic. I did a search of local shops that did window tinting and was quoted $88 for two windows. I called around to another shop and they quoted me just under $300 for tint removal and applying new tints. I will note that the parking situation is a bit difficult. I pulled up a few minutes before opening and the lot was full in front of the shop so I pulled in to the lot next door. Also, backing out is kind of scary because it is just the main road once you back of of the driveway. The service was great, the gentleman checked me in right away and I said I was going to wait for the tinting to be done and said it would not take too long. And he as right because the whole process took about an hour! It was really incredible - there was one guy checking in all the cars, answering questions, and he did the tint removal and application by himself! The tints come with a lifetime warranty of car ownership. There were little bubbles on the windows a day or two after application but I was told this would happen. They went away after a few days. The tint is dark and even and I am happy with it. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to get fresh tints on their car windows!

The manager sweet-talked me into their membership special: two months of "premium service." I should've taken that as my first warning sign. After the first wash, I very generously tipped the kind lady and started to pull out, only to notice my truck was still filthy. The back seat? Untouched. The rear floorboards (which I specifically asked them to clean)? Nope. The smudge on my windshield? Still staring at me like it knew how this was going to end. I turned back, hoping this was just a rare slip-up. The manager assured me they'd "make it right" and ran the truck back through. When I got it back, guess what? Still dirty. I had to wipe out the cupholder myself because apparently that was too much to ask. The back seat hadn't been vacuumed. The back window was still smeared. The seats looked like no one even glanced at them. I wasn't expecting full-on detail work, but I was expecting basic competence. Instead, I got a shiny membership bill and a truck that looks like it went camping in a dust storm. If this is The Wash Tub's idea of "premium service," I'd hate to see what their basic wash looks like.
