These guys know their stuff!!!…read more They are really helpful, I walked into this shop knowing I wanted a beginners recurve setup, 4 and a half hours and several cups of coffee later I walked out with my new setup :-) These guys went through everything with me, 1) Getting measured up for correct arrow length 2) Choosing the right bow for me including trying a few. 3) Showing me how to set everything up including how to adjust the limb sockets. 4) Showing me how to make arrows including me making my own. 5) Help with choosing accessories. That was just a brief list of some of the things these wonderful guy's helped me with. I left feeling like I was some kind of superstar/royalty the service was excellent. Even though this shop is 2 and a half hours drive from where I live, I will definitely shop here again for all my archery needs. I would give these guy's a gold medal for excellent customer service (if I had one).

They sold me a Dacron string for almost £10 when they are not even worth £3. Went to Phoenix Archery instead and they fixed everything for me, I had to buy a new set of arrows because the ones sold to me by Aardvark had the wrong spine, so all my arrows were fishtailing. My pressure button broke during a competition, fletchings were the cheapest available and they charged a lot for each one of them, they were not glued properly so they fell off a bunch of times... They sold me a bow and all she told me was "don't change anything!", after a while I went back there to complain about the fletchings and she said that my bracing height was too high, but she never told me anything about bracing heigh when I bought it, not even offered to sell a bracing gauge to avoid the problem! I could go on and on because the things I bought there were slowly replaced by better ones in other shops. Seriously, avoid this place as much as possible.
