I walked into Eden Great Clips at 12:45pm and was told by a haircutter and ex-student of mine that it would be about an hour wait. I asked to be put on their list and that I would be back in less than an hour, and returned TEN MINUTES BEFORE I was told I could be seen. I am not taking issue with the polite young lady I spoke to first - rather, with the rude manager who told me I'd been knocked off the list and then let 3 people, who walked-in after me, get their hair cut first. I walked out when the same woman called a 4th person ahead of me. If Eden NC had an effective Chamber of Commerce, the bar would be higher and such self-destructive 'management' might not happen so often.

First day I went there I asked for a haircut about an 1-2 inches and just to get my ends even. The…read morelady starts cutting and cuts off more than I ask around 3 inches and not only she cut off more than I asked for, she made one side longer than the other so now it's more uneven. I only notice it when I go home and come back the next day to get it straight and in line and I also get a different hairdresser. I tell her multiple times I only want my hair cut off on one side because my left side is longer than my right and she stays silent, doesn't say anything. Then she starts cutting my hair on both sides and cuts off almost 2 inches, which is not what I asked for and now my hair is completely short and got 4 inches of my hair cut off which is not what I wanted in the beginning. Please listen to what your customers are asking for and not doing it your own way. I am very disappointed because my hair looks very bad and can't do even put it up because I also do sports. I never asked for this much hair off and only wanted 1-2 inches so I can still put it up. Very upset with Great Clips I don't recommend.
