If I could leave an infinite galaxy of stars for this place I would. Beyond imagination of tranquility here. I have not have the pleasure to meet the founder of this store since she is retired but from reading her profile on here I know she is an amazing soul teacher and healer. However, I truly have the honor to have met Wendy the current có-owner of this crystals spiritual sanctuary. We happened to park right in front of the store and as we walked back to the car to leave town, I noticed the crystal store. So I told my husband to give me 2 minutes just to check it out. 30 minutes later ... I have been working with and collecting crystals this last year, I am also a buyer and retailing them, and this crystal store is unlike any others . Each stone were radiated it own energy and you can feel how much love and energy that the owners put in them. Needless to say I found mine, but the profound moment happened was when Wendy gave it so much love and blessings to send it home with me...speechless! I had told my girlfriend I want to have a store just like this or a house that I can have all of them In it .... this place not only is an inspiration for my soul journey but also taught me so much about open heart. Wendy, I know I expressed my gratitude to you but I also want to put it in here to say it one more time how blessed I am have met such a beautiful soul such as yours. Thank you for the gift of joy, love and light. I can't wait to come back in my next opportunity when I visit. With Deep gratitude! TLT read more

The energy in the space is amazing. Walking through all the rooms and finding the singing bowls!!!! What a joy. If you are in search of crystals and other healing products while visiting Mt Shasta, search no more. I have wanted a healing bowl for some time now and wanted to play one in person before purchasing. I knew prior to visiting Mt Shasta I would come to this location as they carry the specific brand I want. Bev was the one that helped me. She did a great job explaining the differences in bowls, as I wasn't fully aware. More importantly, she gave me a very valuable life lesson in how to trust my inner wisdom when uncertain in decisions. To me, that is more powerful than any healing bowl. I wasn't able to purchase anything yet as the specific bowl I want isn't available. There was no hard push to sway me into anything else. Her patience, guidance and understanding means so much. I will ensure my purchase will be only from her as to give back what she gave to me and more. Thank you! read more

The woman was very warm and welcoming. Took us to a crystal chair to sit on. The beings are are so kind and loving. There are about 6 rooms to journey through. This is a very nice place to stop in! There is a lot of nooks and crannies to look at. And you've got to sit on the pyrite bench and get centered and grounded. It's a very nice experience. read more

This might be the best crystal shop in Mount Shasta. The store is huge and they're very nice and helpful.

If you go to Mount Shasta this is around the corner from Soul Connections. It's more of a spiritual experience. Soul Connections is so much fun but very busy. This place is set up with separate rooms so people can connect with the energies of the crystals. They encourage u to play the huge bowels and mediated with their huge crystals. They also have crystal slabs for u to sit on and meditate. It's heavenly. I love the people that work there. Most of the time u can feel they're energy and their desire for u to have an experience. Mount Shasta's Middle Earth The Crystal Room(s) in magical Mount Shasta City is one of my favorite places to visit in town. If you love crystals and only have time for one crystal store on your journey through Shasta, The Crystal Room is an absolute MUST-SEE! The entrance to this multi-roomed shop is on 109 West Castle Street, tucked away off the main street of North Mount Shasta Blvd. Parking is two hr maximum along both streets. Arguably one of the finest galleries in Siskiyou County that holds the treasures of Mother Earth, The Crystal Room features Andara Crystal Glass and Lemurian Seed Crystals, Crystal Singing Bowls, a trove of rough and polished crystals and stones that will make your heart sing to behold. The store offers seven distinct rooms artfully filled with local Fine Art, Jewelry, Gemstones, Books and museum quality crystals that will take your breath away. With it's multi-roomed illuminated cave-like feel, truly does feel like you are stepping into an underground cavern where a dragon may be sleeping around the corner, guarding it's precious treasures. All that's missing are the gold coins spilling out from a chest onto the floor and the rumble of it's snoring. As a lover of crystal, spiritual book and candle shops my whole life, I simply must go into every crystal store I see. If you are like me, this shop is sure to delight you. Every time I go into The Crystal Room, I am greeted by friendly, helpful and informed salespeople who are eager to answer any questions you have, giving you the full tour if you like or leaving you to browse freely. They're customer service is excellent, and they'll give you an excellent introduction to the Crystal Singing Bowls (a large room with 100+ alchemy quartz crystal bowls; the 6th to last one towards the right in the back). The Crystal Room offers: CRYSTALS & MINERALS - rough, polished, slabs and geodes CRYSTAL & MINERAL SPECIALTY ITEMS - like Wind Chimes, Crystal Accessories, and Crystal Jewelry CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS JEWELRY by Joel Glick, Joyous Light Jewelry and Mato Snodgrass ART GALLERY by Rodney Birkett, Sheranda Ann Kumara, Lynda Hoffman Snodgrass, Joel Glick, Mary Saint-Marie, Andrea Garfield SCULPTURE by Cynthia Thomas STAINED GLASS by Gary Lund HEALING PRACTIONER TOOLS like wands and Massage Tools MISC. I met Beverley, the owner of the Crystal Room, synchronously while we were both traveling through Ashland, Oregon. When I visited her amazing shop later (rooms and rooms filled with crystals of all kinds, shapes, and sizes!), she did a spontaneous healing session with her many "singing" bowls. I had a hard time speaking when it was all over - - really profound. Her shop is a treat - and a blessing. Ask for a session, they're available for a donation. read more

Came in to check out this gem. I was on vacation in Siskiyou and needed to add some more to my collection. Store is clean and well organized. Everything was more than fairly priced and the selection they had was large. I will be back to check them out again next time I'm there. Next time, it will be a larger purchase! read more

This is not your ordinary rock shop, it's something very, very special. You have to go and see for yourself but it is absolutely worth the trip. It's right off of the main street in Mt. Shasta city and it's not filled to the rafters with that New Age touristy stuff like a lot of places here. Some of that is there but it is not the main focus of this store. It is staffed by mystics, rock hound mystics. :) Really. You WILL find what you are looking for- either the object itself, a new idea or another direction. And if you aren't meant to be there at that time, it will be pleasant but you won't really find anything. Follow your intuition around this place and you won't be disappointed. :) read more

Great energy in the store. Staff was very friendly, helpful and there are TONS of rare rocks to look at! There is also fabulous artwork. We even got to meet the artist in the store! The store has many different rooms. I bought some rose quartz crystal beads to make a bracelet. They have many natural stone beads to choose from so that was a real treat! You can really feel the kindness and love in the store. Definitely some really cool stones in there that I had never seen before. read more

Catherine and I own Gatekeeper Constellations and offer healing work. We had one crystal bowl and stopped here and talked with Scott in Feb. 2018 and bought another one. We stopped in again on April 4th on our way to Reno to facilitate a workshop. We stop in every time we drive through. read more

Our visit was amazing. We came up for the dissolution of the Tibetan mandala and stopped by for a few beads. Beverly invited us back for a private session with the singing bowls which was pure bliss. My 15 year old daughter was mesmerized and hasn't stopped talking about it. The staff is incredibly sweet and supremely helpful. Meeting Beverly was such a treat and was prefect end to a day of pure Mt. Shasta magic. read more

I found this store to be amazing. I agree with M.B. Very helpful employes and fantastic energy in the store. My favorite crystal store in the area! Also, the crystal bowls are incredible. I found a golden lemurian which I felt connects me to Mt Shasta when I am away. The quality of energetic stones is outstanding. The staff is very caring, informative, and attentive! Also, they helped us find sacred places to visit that made my trip to the area very special! Geoffrey Crystal Therapist energytoheal@gmail.com read more

Love this place. My girlfriend and I both bought crystal singing bowls after being thoroughly helped by the young man working there. Do not remember his name. We went in not really knowing much about the crystal bowls and he really helped us find the perfect ones that resonated with our bodies. It's just healing walking through the place. My friends and I make the trip to Mount Shasta from Redding frequently and I always recommend that we stop at The Crystal Room and The Headwaters before going up on the mountain. Great place! read more

This place is amazing. I completely trust the healing and metaphysical properties of their stones. The singing bowls are a gift from the earth. I just purchased my second one over the phone. I called the store and spoke with Ryan and he helped me get exactly what I need. I live in Washington State, so coming to the store is a destination trip that I try to make at least twice a year. The peace, love and light emanating from the staff and the stones themselves make this a loving, healing space. read more

This store is worth going into, the sights (products) are amazing and beautiful. Both employees were nice, helpful and friendly. While I thought most items were pricy, the quality was high-end as well. I bought a beautiful necklace and LOVE it!!! read more

I have visited the Crystal Room numerous times and I must say, it is truly my favorite shop in Mt. Shasta. The vibration coming from the hundreds and hundreds of bowls and crystals when you enter the shop, is truly palpable! The bowls are incredible and there is a very friendly and knowledgeable staff to help choose your bowl. We were honored to participate in an almost private crystal bowl presentation by Bev one evening after the shop closed. I would definitely return there again! read more

Usually we review ROCK / MINERAL shops - this isn't really one of those ... so the perspective will be different than perhaps many of the Crystal Room's normal customers. So let me start out with this - The Crystal Room is one of the most interesting rock shops we have ever visited. What they lack in variety of rocks and minerals, they make up in quality. No raw rocks here ( aside from a mineral display case with perky box sized items )... these are all display quality ( near museum quality at times ) stone, mineral and crystal items. 8 small rooms ( its bigger on the inside ! ) of displayed stones and crystals. If your into the New Age / Wiccan / Witch thing, this is a must see. ( Bowls, charms etc ). Even if your not, browsing through the shop you will find something that will catch your eye. Pricing is a bit above average, but again, the quality factor here is high... so from a value stand point the pricing is probably spot on. There also is a small display of locally collected jades and other items in the back from the Mt Shasta area. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about the material she sells; the staff is always exceptionally friendly. While New Age is not 'my thing', I find it always nice to stop and see what's in stock and have never regretted the short detour off hwy 5. read more

I had researched this place before my visit to Mt Shasta. I was intrigued by the singing bowls and on a trek to find moldavite. I ended up finding a fascinating Lemurian seed crystal and a piece of Serpentine as well. Love both of them! Thank you to Amy for all her help and kindness while I was there! You are a gem! I'll look forward to the next visit to your wonderful region! read more

I was researching stops in MT. Shasta before we left LA, just to see what was available in natural stones/crystals, etc. The Crystal Room was the only store that I felt a pull to visit. It's beautifully laid out and each crystal or stone is given space on the shelves so that you can see them easily. The variety is immense, from natural rocks to polished to jewelry. The singing bowl room is amazing, though I've never seen bowls priced quite that high. However, the variety is probably unbeatable and I've also never seen bowls that have been made with a variety of crystals like these. The sound was spectacular, so, in this case, you do get what you pay for, I think. I can't say enough good things about Ryan who helped us out, answered questions, but didn't hover at all. He taught us how to play a singing bowl and helped us to try on every necklace that caught our attention. Also, he is very knowledgeable about crystals, their purpose, and the process. We both found beautiful Citrine necklaces that were perfect. I have to thank Ryan. Please ask for him if you visit the store. You won't be disappointed. read more
