Spent the day there for my daughter's 16U volleyball tournament. The place is a dump. Dirty bathrooms. The men's room paper towel dispenser was empty for the majority of the day. Janitorial supplies and equipment strewn all around the facility. Tiny bleachers and super cramped seating. One court didnt even have enough room to serve legally, so the team on that side was allowed to cross the back line while serving without penalty. The "cafe" was dirty and cramped. No outside drinks or your team gets a 5 point deduction. I hope our vb club does not play in another tournament there. This pic of the banner hanging over center court sums up the place.

Very dirty bathrooms. Feces residue on the walls. Sewage smell coming from the drains. Our VB club facilities are way nicer than this place. Oh, and the cook did not wash his hands before preparing a BLT sandwich for my daughter. Don't waste your VB tournament money or your tine

Nasty bathroom and flooded floor. Not enough space for spectators on both teams to watch a b ball game.

I was a little intimidated to be working with him initially. I've only had female personal trainers in the past, and I came into that session during a phase of life where I felt disconnected from my body. I felt very vulnerable and exposed to be reaching out for help to a really strong gym guy. During that session, Matt made me feel so comfortable. He was kind and encouraging. We talked about all of my postpartum challenges and he took notes on what mattered most to me and what I wanted from our time together. I really appreciated how he didn't assume what I wanted or needed just from looking at me. I left that session feeling empowered, hopeful, and safe in this space. (Not to mention he fixed my squat in that first session!) Over the last few months, with Matt's programming, I have gained a few pounds of muscle and lost 6% of my body fat. He writes my programs based on my schedule and what I enjoy doing. He's adapted my workouts to support my pelvic floor health which was a very big postpartum concern for me. Any fear I had of bringing up my pelvic floor to a male trainer were squashed by Matt's caring/person-first approach to training. If you are feeling vulnerable, exposed or intimidated, but ready to get some professional support in the gym, I cannot recommend Matt more highly. He's the trainer for you! In addition to my work with Matt, I began taking Reformer Pilates classes once a week with Kate. It is the most fun I've ever had while working that hard! The Reformer machine is such a unique piece of equipment and keeps my brain really interested and engaged in what we are doing. The glide of the carriage and buoyancy of the springs feel so unique to other types of equipment. It's SO fun- horizontal jumping anyone?! But also, so challenging! Luckily for me, Kate is an incredible instructor! Her cues and prompts are spot on and always help me correct my form and activate the right muscle group. She moves throughout the room and provides individualized encouragement and coaching to each of us. Kate also facilitates an awesome vibe in the class! She is fun and friendly and has created a space that feels welcoming and easy to enter into, even as a total beginner. I'm extremely thankful for the team at Villa Sport who have made me feel like I belong while also achieving my goals. 10/10 recommend.

VillaSport provided exactly that. I frequent the spa and Rachael always welcomes me with a smile, remembers my name, and is great to work with. I have had the pleasure of working with Judie several times. She delivers excellent services while answering my questions, educating me on skincare, and creating a relaxing environment during my facials. Both massages I've had at the spa have been fantastic. Most recently, I met with Richard after a workout, and he not only provided a great massage but also helped me understand how massage supports my fitness goals. I look forward to seeing him again. Because I feel comfortable at VillaSport, I decided to move forward with personal training. After speaking with a few great team members, I was connected with Matt. He has been everything I needed and more--patient, knowledgeable, a great communicator, and, most importantly, someone who makes me feel at ease in a new environment. The facilities are managed extremely well and appropriately for the membership fees. Very clean: hot-tubs, pools, steam room, saunas, showers, locker rooms and bathrooms, I am confident they have a stellar facilities team! We recently had a snow storm, the sidewalks and parking lot was properly maintained- way to be! Thank you, Villa Team! Your exceptional customer service makes working out much easier to show up and put in the work.

It has a welcoming, large lobby, and it's well decorated throughout. There are ample phone booths and bookable conference conference rooms. Each member gets access to a high quality color laser printer and the break rooms are stocked with excellent Coffee and Tea. The only challenge is guiding your guests to find the elevator to Lifetime Work. It's very quiet, and the vibe is great for staying focused and productive. There's direct access to the gym too, which is a huge plus. The staff is always welcoming, and there's an open kitchen where you can help yourself to coffee and water. They do an amazing job keeping this place clean and inviting. The location is great for a co-working space. The only downside is the reception -- the cell signal can be pretty low, so sometimes it's hard to be on the phone. But using Wi-Fi calling has helped me a lot, so that's a good tip if you're planning to work here. Overall, I love coming here to get work done and would definitely recommend it!

There were 3 games going at once (different fields of course), two baseball and one fast pitch softball. I was mainly focused on the game my son was. His team lost to the Dodgers in a close 15-14 nail biter the day before, so he was wanting them to beat their opponents, the Padres. All I can say was both teams were good. Errors were made, great plays were made as well. The game actually went into extra innings 8 instead of six, with the Padres winning in the bottom of the eighth on a walk-off single. Like Jim McKay said: "The Thrill of victory, and the agony of Defeat". Luckily these kids are all friends and even after all the ups and downs, in the end they still chant the other teams name and go give high fives. Then they go play catch and look forward to the next game. Adults could learn a thing or two

The instructors were helpful, encouraging, fun and friendly. And there were 2 of them for our little group - so they were always close by with a tip or to answer a question. We learned all the basics and by the end of the class, we were curling! Fun fact: This is the only dedicated curling facility in Oregon. It's tucked away in a business park and when you walk in, it feels like a club you immediately want to be a part of. They even built a little bar so you can warm up with a beer, wine or cocktail. It's all about the ice so they keep the place chilly - between 38-41 degrees - so dress appropriately. After our lesson, I could see myself getting into this sport. We might even start going to the Friday night pop-ins to "throw some stones."

So for myself, and for health benefits, this past spring and summer I decided to start taking tennis lessons. This was to add a change to my cardio regime. Plus, I haven't played tennis in over ten years. Here's a few information: * General Facilities & Parking Lot * First of all, the campus is fairly huge. And they appear to offer everything from swimming, to tennis obviously, league sports like softball for adults, and soccer/football/lacrosse for kids. They even provide maps for certain walking trails. The parking lot accommodates mainly for the aquatics center and tennis courts. But I've yet to run into an issue with parking close to the tennis facility and softball fields. Plenty of spaces, but I'd say more crowded closer to the aquatic side. Lots of kids taking swim classes. * Babette Horenstein Tennis Center * Did I mention this facility is huge? Yeah, there's a good amount of courts. I believe about twelve in total, maybe more. The cool part is, six are indooor and six are outdoor. The indoor courts are well ventilated for the most part, but can get real hot during the summertime. As for the outdoor courts, they seasonally set up a green tent during the fall and winter, but remove it around springtime and summer. You can reserve a court, but they've got various rates. Primarily depending on your purpose (yes pickleball players are allowed), your place of residency, and a time of day. I will admit, it can be hard to reserve a court due to its popularity. * Tennis Instructors * Thus far I've had the two Brian's, a Bill, and a few others. So far so good as all of them have been excellent teachers of the game. Very knowledgeable instructors. From area positioning, to racquet grip holding, to hitting routine and feeling, it's those little tweaks and adjustments here and there that really help. They make the classes worth it! Well, that just about sums it up! Just note that local residents receive more of the benefits versus folks like myself that live "out of district." Like priority sign-ups if you're looking for a class. Regardless, I still find myself taking advantage of what they have to offer.

Some of the lifeguards and management didn't like me for asking them to be more safety minded when we were performing gymnastic diving. Instead, retaliation, defamation, character assassination, everything to make all the people that like me to turn against me. THPRD is not supposed to be in the business of Destroying People. It does so in a very dangerous and low life way. it uses 'hit men', staff members from somewhere else, or friends, or acquaintance to cause trouble and sabotage people's reputation in real time. THPRD needs to close down it's management team and get all new mission, not to break from the honor code like it is now breaking, and to not lie about being all inclusive when it's a party club and if you don't fit in and stay quiet, you're out and personally attacked by staff and management. Dangerous place. Do NOT go to THPRD. Did so for ten years, it is slowly crumbling to death. Get out while you can. It's too late once they get you.

The first floor has a café, lounge, clean locker rooms with saunas and plunge pools, and multiple indoor and outdoor pools, including an adults-only option and fun water slides. They also have lifeguards on duty, which gives extra peace of mind for families. The second floor offers plenty of included classes, indoor basketball and pickleball courts, and a great Kids Club that keeps children active with real activities instead of screens. The third floor has top-notch weight and cardio equipment, guided workout tech, and recovery tools like hydromassage and compression therapy. There's plenty of space and equipment for serious lifting too. One of the best perks is the Kids Club and their programs. The teachers are caring and certified, and the activities are great. It's so convenient to drop the kids off for complimentary classes while adults work out. They even have Parent Night on weekends where you can drop the kids off for a few hours. It's an amazing perk if you have little ones. The swim program is another highlight. My kids love it and stay motivated when they see older kids dive. They really want to keep learning so they can do that too. The swimming instructors are caring, certified, and the coaching gets better as kids move up. There are always lifeguards on duty, which makes it feel extra safe. The family locker rooms are very convenient and always clean. Parking can be a bit of a hassle since it fills up quickly, but so far I've always been lucky enough to find a spot.
