I happened to have an afternoon free unexpectedly and the website wasn't working so I called to make an appointment. They were so accommodating and were able to get me in that afternoon. Kenya was so wonderful! She was incredibly patient and so kind in explaining everything she was doing, having me try it myself, and recommending products and shades without pushing anything. They said it stated on the package which it is in very small print, which I only noticed after they pointed it out. When I made the purchase, there was no signage near the product and no one mentioned the policy to me at the cash register, I would've appreciated it if someone had told me. While I understand the policy, their snappy attitude and lack of courtesy made the experience unpleasant. I won't be returning to this location.
