Upstairs feels like a gamer's treehouse -- but adult version. My favorite little detail? The mini camper inside with its own seating and TV. It's adorable. And if you're sitting at the bar area and look up, there's a wooden kayak hanging overhead like the cherry on this rustic sundae. They keep things fun with dart night, poker night, painting night, movie night and random activities that make it easy to meet people or just enjoy the community vibe. The crew working there is awesome -- Mia, Austin and Tim hold it down. Super friendly, super welcoming... it really does feel like your local bar, except instead of shots, you're sipping kava and keeping your life together. My boo and I are here at least 2-3 times a week. It's that kind of spot. Perfect for chilling, reading, journaling, or even posting up with your laptop if you need a change of scenery.
