When you ask for assistance, his rudeness intensifies and he directs you elsewhere. The place is scruffy and ransacked with boxes and clothing strewn everywhere. I choose Clear Print specifically to support a local business but I won't be back for another bout of uglinesses. Unfortunately, I couldn't give a zero rating, so forced to press one star. Pissed.

We managed a sort of compromise, though, and the staff didn't mind experimenting until I had more or less what I wanted - and they only charged me for the final successful item. The firm has been in business since 1996 and Copy Express is still run by the same owner, Steve Staples, who in fact joined the firm as a business partner in 1997. The office printing quality at Copy Express is completely superior and at reasonable prices. This is the printing shop, where I would always go to have my office printing and photocopying done.
