I walked in after, and this man walks up to me and says, we're closed, not I'm sorry we work by appt only on Saturday, would you like to make an appt for next Saturday? Nothing, just basically we're closed and leave. Will never do business with anyone who is ok speaking to a potential customer this way.

Literally the worst business in America. Long story short,…read morein the last 8 months they have been to my house 7 times, failed to bring the right people and parts multiple times and then when I gave them one last chance to fix the problem that they caused (I carved out 3 days / times for them to choose from) they did not even give me the courtesy of calling to schedule it. I even had an owner call me and profusely apologize for all of the problems and promise to do everything he could to fix the problem... after over 30 days I heard nothing from him and then got ghosted by their receptionist. So, in summary... they are the absolute worst business (and people) I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. DO NOT USE THEM. FOR ANYTHING. EVER.

Least to say it took him four weeks to return the screen I would call him every day or text him five times a week and ask him where the screen was I would get some kind of excuse . He finally brought it back after four weeks and we made an appointment for him to enclose my patio well he never showed up for the appointment never called nothing. I finally called him and asked him if he was going to come and he said he was too busy . I gave this guy a second chance after taking the screen for four weeks as he would keep telling me he would show up and he never did . Tried to support a small company in this time the guy was very unprofessional very unreliable. Do not use him you will be very sorry On his business card it states I show up for work that is completely false he does not show up or get back to you. Once again beware go with somebody else

Sure enough, the crew was amazing and they are NOT subcontractors, but W-2 employees. The other 2 bidders used subcontractors that I suspect did not speak English (based on customers' reviews) so I was not going to deal with finger-pointing. These installations are inherently VERY noisy and dusty; however Luis' crew took extra care to cover my upscale furniture & high-end electronics. Mike & Luis are stars, and their crew is extremely professional. I HIGHLY recommend them.

We told him we were waiting for other estimates as well. We decided to use Castle for a few French doors. We gave a deposit. We asked that another door be replaced as well. He came to our house and measured the other door. He then informed my husband he had made a mistake in the estimate and it would cost another 1700.00. It was unprofessional behavior but we agreed to the extra 1700.00 error. We received another estimate for all doors. We told Castle Windows and Doors to go ahead. Our deposit check had been cashed. Two days went by, we received another phone call. To add another 7000.00 to the final estimate. They had made another error. We insisted on getting our deposit back and cancelling all work with this company. Your conclusion....
