And of course Linda gave me a price. However, several days later that man "walked out on her" and she told me she had to bring them some place else for repair and the price would be more. I agreed to it. She said they would be done in 2 weeks. They were returned to me in 4 months in the same shape, if not worse, than I gave them to her except they were re-upholstered. My chairs had split backs, which was the beauty of them, and one time they were returned with the backs nailed together. They were still shaking and the legs still bent in. They went back and forth many times to try again to repair them but to no avail. After several attempts Linda said that was the best she could do and that she never agreed to repair the chairs. I have text messages from her indicating otherwise which I had to send to my credit card company in order to get a partial refund. It was a total of 6 months before I got my chairs back for the final time and then I had to bring them to another shop to have them repaired properly, costing me more money. She lied, she was nasty and acted like she was not responsible. She actually made me pay to have the chairs delivered to my home after one of the repairs. She is dishonest and very difficult to deal with and I am happy to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
