Exceptional and Amazing!!! We took our daughter for a photo shoot for her 1st birthday. She was born right before the pandemic so she was mostly at home all throughout the year except for her doctor's appointments. Being that this was her very special milestone, a good family friend gave us a gift certificate for a studio time here. From the moment that we stepped in, we were pleasantly taken back by the interior of the business. They had an open concept design where certain sections of the walls were dedicated to specific themes. Although there were many ideas and decorations, it was oddly satisfying to be in a space where no one embellishments were excessive and overdone. I could tell that all of the details were thoughtfully set and when the photos were taken, the theme presented a very gracious and minimalist layout. Even though this was a photo studio, it felt more like a modern art gallery all around.
After we stepped in and introduced ourselves, we were welcomed with a genuinely warm smile and greetings from all of the staff. We've entered many businesses before but their acknowledgement of our family was sincere and truly heartfelt. The house manager (Hannah) guided us to a private studio area through a short corridor in the back. When we stepped into the space, we were really amazed on how attentive and cozy everything was set up. Honestly, I can really describe and go on in details about their well planned backdrop but their quality of service outshines everything that I described.
All the staff were open and friendly and my wife and I both felt as if they were all like family by the time we stepped out from our photo session. The photographer was very much attentive and professional and he cared about the smallest details in the kindest way. Even when I casually slouched without knowing, he would politely suggest a different pose to get the perfect picture for us. The manager Hannah who I mentioned earlier really brightened up the studio session. Throughout the entire photo shoot, she was so engaged to make our daughter laugh and smile. Even afterwards, our baby's eyes would light up when Hannah was around. She won over our daughter instantly!
After the photo shoot, we were told that all the photos taken would be sent to us via email. We also had the chance to print few of our favorite photos along with a touch up. The touch up was not just an application of different filters but it was a literal editing out of subtle blemishes and imperfect finishes. Not only did our photos come out charmingly great but our entire family had a genuinely fun time throughout our entire session. It was truly a breath of fresh air and a moment of pure enjoyment as we were permanent homebodies during the pandemic. I cannot recommend this studio enough for anyone looking to capture the perfect moment with your loved ones.
