Never ever thought about going into the salon if u arrived there like around 4 or 4.10 even for haircut or anything. All the staffs will look at u in anger as they want to close the salon ASAP.And after that they will let u wait and ignore u for like 40 minutes, and later give u 30 seconds haircut with a rude face! The colour room girls are great with customer service and they do offer treatment options like oliplex and karatine at extra cost ! I usually alternate between the two every month. They don't seem to keen on extreme colours so if your looking for aqua hair colour maybe try a specialist. Look I'm a mum I'm not rolling in dollars so for what these girls do it's great. They are super accommodating to mum's especially myself as I'm breastfeeding and happy to work around the babe and help me out even . You get what you pay for, I have been twice and come out with a colour I didn't ask for, the last colour left me looking washed out and absolutely not suited to my colouring, I don't think the girls really cared much, another customer was left sitting for at least an hour with her apron on but no service. read more

I walked in and asked for a blow dry and straighten and while at face value they said yes, they then charged me extra to straighten and they didn't really do a thorough job with the straightener. She didn't use any heat protectant and then blow dried it straight and then used the straightener briefly after I requested it, while showing discontent like I'd asked for the most unreasonable thing. My hair felt like straw afterward which made no sense as I have my natural hair colour. Be prepared to pay extra $10 for 30 sec of straightening. Biggest waste of time and money. read more
