Never heard from them, Finally went to the business in early June and discovered that they moved in Feb.. went to new location. they had all pics and notes in system. man came out of office and said he would do an estimate for heating and air system with zero apology for the zero contact . never heard from them. Went back to new location and was put on phone with someone who stated that they were having trouble getting licencing authorization since my house was in Kentucky 12 miles from their location. waited then I called back and a man said still having a problem. BUT WOULD do a guestimate of cost and call me back,NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. not sure how they expect to stay in business. Even though they have only given me heart burn, I do not reccoment this business. I did get 2 other estimates from heating and air businesses in Tn with no issues!
