Everything, they did 1/2 the job cleaning. Did not swipe under the couch that had hardwood floors under it. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. Husband scheduled 2 hour deep clean service. When I got home the first thing that caught my eye was a large hall mirror with a huge smudge. I had recently cleaned this mirror and it was looking worse than it did when they started. The 2 ladies cleaned upper and main floors. Walls in master were left dusty, untouched. Baseboards on main floor had dust and dirt. Frames were also left dusty. I have photos. The master bathroom was done nicely. Otherwise, It was $289 for 2 hours and not worth the quality job, expected more for what we got. read more

Today team 20 Keshia and Kaytlyn did a very nice job especially considering it was after 4 weeks since last cleaning due to our conflict for last night-weekly cleaning. My home was so clean I almost cried. Very detailed and my wood floors are the cleanest they have ever been. Bathrooms and kitchen are sanitized and very detail cleaned. My shower is shiny and super clean. If your thinking it over call Stacy in Milford she gave a great price and they arrived a week later, doing once per month clean. First time they deep clean kitchen and bathrooms, general clean remainder of home. 2nd clean they detail clean living rooms, family rooms and bedrooms general clean remainder but each time deep clean bathrooms and kitchen. They used a toothbrush to clean bathroom sinks, and bathroom and kitchen floors were done by hand. Each time clean kitchen very well. Looks like hand washed kitchen and bathroom floors. Smells great. They used their own cleaning products which worked much better than mine. I was hesitant due to past reviews, but I think people are too picky, it takes more than one clean for a spotless home, especially first time professionally being cleaned. I am working alot, no time to clean, and this has saved me so much stress. I was not home at time of the clean, arrived home to a spotlessly clean home. Thank you Milford team! read more

I booked the cleaning authority for an apartment cleaning after I received their brochure to do a 2 hour cleaning. I was quoted one price and charged another that was significantly higher. I called after the cleaning was done and spoke with Mike Randall to get this corrected. He said they would refund the card. It has been 12 days and I still have not seen my credit. I left a voicemail at 513-831-2492 as well and could not find an email address to get this problem corrected. I sent a facebook message, as their is no email address on the invoice or brochure that was mailed to me. As far as the cleaning work was decent. I am not going to bad mouth the cleaning work as the two person crew may have not touched all areas in 2 hours but I was inconvenienced when they did not take the trash on the porch away and left their vacuum attachment at the apartment accidentally. It is my understanding the Cleaning authority is a franchise so your experience may vary from franchise to franchise but I can not recommend the Milford franchise. read more

I've used Cleaning Authority for 16 months weekly since I moved to Cincinnati in 2016. When I get regular ladies like Danielle and Pam, they do a fantastic job. On occasions when Danielle and Pam is not available and they send 'new' ladies, the clean is not as expected. I do recommend this company and would advise to get regulars. read more

Would NOT recommend The Cleaning Authority! We have had biweekly cleaning service with TCA for MONTHS, maybe even over a year. I have previously left favorable reviews, however even before COVID, service began to decline. For example, they don't really "clean" the toilet bowls, but rather just put cleaner in, swirl it around and rinse it out. I know this because I put those Scrubbing Bubbles gel stamps in the bowl after they clean, and each time, they have never been scrubbed away...I have to re-clean the bowl to remove the old one! They also told me they use Bar Keepers Friend to clean inside toilet bowls....ummm, last I checked this is just an abrasive cleaner. In no way is this an anti-bacterial or anti-microbial cleaner. Per their website, Bar Keepers Friend is NOT a disinfectant! Consequently, I requested use of my own cleaning chemicals (for which they offer no price adjustment). Complaints to the office went unresponded to. One week, a team of 2 ladies cleaned my 3200 sq ft home in less than 1 HR 10 min (to be clear, that's 2 HR 20 min in man-hrs. There is NO WAY if I were working alone, I could clean and sanitize my home, including a deep-clean of the specified areas on rotation, in 2 hr and 20 min!)! I immediately called and complained after team left and the offer was to send same team back. I declined stating that would be useless. I emailed 7 photos (2 shown below) of the shoddy work and the management never even responded. They do not have appropriate customer service at all. The straw that broke the camel's back was upon returning from vacation to find they had used the garage entry code to enter the home to clean (as expected), but must have left through the front door, because our home was UNLOCKED upon our return a week later. They put our home and everything we owned in jeopardy! And, I noted upon returning from vacation, 2 of my bathroom floors hadn't even been mopped! UNBELIEVABLE!! Use at your own risk! read more

This is a very unprofessional business! I need a deep cleaning of my house so mom can get out of the nursing home and get back home. So on Monday December 3rd I called and scheduled a walk thru to give me an idea of price and what they would do. It was scheduled for today December 5th 2018 between 9:30 and 10 am. I was told Angela would call prior to coming out. Well she did call requesting that she come around 11 am which was fine with me. So around 10:30 some guy called who sounds like he is drunk or high calls and tells me he is lost in Terrace Park. I'm like ok good for you. I don't know why he was telling me this. On Monday I clearly gave my address which is a Williamsburg Ohio address 13 whole miles from their business address. Probably 15 from Terrace Park. Well this unprofessional guy tells me he doesn't come to Williamsburg and cancelled on me. I was astounded !!!! If they don't come to Williamsburg why wasn't I told that on Monday so I wouldn't have taken off work to be here for their walk thru. I just think it's dispicable that a business is operating like this and feels perfectly ok treating people this way. I bet if someone were to treat them this way they would be upset. Very poor customer service. We had a cleaning service scheduled with this company for twice a month. We would only get a quality cleaning every other time. When we called to complain and ask that they correct the problems the owner wanted to argue with us instead of taking care of business. I would not recommend this company. read more
