fair pricing-- plus $18 of dry cleaning gets all men's shirts $.99, this is extreme cost savings…read morefor my pocket due to taking care of my bf dry clean and my own! everyone is courteous, friendly and helpful its clean they are fast and accommodating for next day items needed i would recommend this location for anyone in the babylon area who does $18+ in dry cleaning and needs to save money when doing so (4/29/15) I moved away from babylon in Dec and have been SEARCHING for a dry cleaners with good SVC and fair pricing - and still haven't found -ONE DECENT PLACE. I wanted to see if this place was open now cause I was willing to mk the trip (that desperate). And upon opening their Yelp page - I was shocked! I CANT BELIEVE THE COMMENTS I READ ABOUT MY FAVORITE DRY CLEANERS! Either a lot has changed there or ppl are only concerned with writing bad reviews vs good ones?!? - I will say there alteration prices are on the $$$ higher side of things -The gentlemen (who I knew well when I was regular customer there) that manages the place is a honest professional... Sometimes ppl can come across what we LI folk like to call "Rude!" but in actuality it's simply them being blunt, speaking rough facts and not including a smile to make it seem warmer when it comes out of their mouth lol ... Haven't u seen this before? I've irritated this gentlemen before by coming at 7pm or 7:30 which was the exact time they closed and he already locked up and closed out the register .....so U can imagine ...he wasn't happy with me AT ALL LOL. After apologizing up & down being unaware that they close 10-15mins prior to the actual close time ... I thanked him up n down and showed my appreciation by offered him a tip for letting me p/U my much needed clothes up after he closed out and he softened up immediately then was over it. We are just ppl and just like we are aloud to snap and have a bad day so are the others that might be servicing us at the moment too, right? I try not to judge to much on the staff and more on the job and how much they charge to get it done. So when they do a great job and most importantly for an even great low price...you bet your bottom I've got nothing but love For this place DEF NOT A COMPLAINT :) Lol I hope ppl take my word for this place and simply-!!TRY THEM!!! & SIMPLY BE YOUR OWN JUDGE, I wish I could have them down the road from me again but that ship has sailed... Take care and. Thanks for reading!!!:)

When I got out to my car I noticed that they had only changed the slider and pull tab. I went back in to complain and they gave me $40.00 back. They made it right, but they were going to let me drive away having paid $55.00 for a $15.00 job. In fairness it may have been an honest mistake, but I don't think I will go to this place anymore. It was unprofessional at best.

I had a Queen sized comforter that needed to be washed and wasn't going to fit in the washer and…read moredryer in my house which brought me to this laundromat. The lady that was working there was very nice and helpful since it was my first time there. So to use the washing and drying machines, you need to preload money onto their laundromat card. The card itself is free and you just load it with cash (does not take credit card) via the machines inside. They have different sized washers and as they increase in size, the price goes up per wash: $3.59, $4.98, $6.98, $9.98, to the biggest sized washer which costs $12.98. For my comforter, I used the $6.98 one and the wash took 23 minutes. There are seats inside, basket carts with wheels and stools accessible if you're vertically challenged (like me!) to load detergent and fabric softeners into the compartments above the washer. For the dryers, they have 6 big ones by the front specifically for drying blankets and they are free. The lady at the front told me that the dryers are free so I guess if you're using the other dryers for clothing, they should be free also. The machines will display a price however (for the blanket dryers it was $0.30 and I think for the clothing dryers it was $0.25) but all you have to do is swipe your card to activate it but it did not deduct any money from my card. Once you swipe your card, the light by the Start section will light up and you can press the button to start the dryer after selecting your heat choice. The blanket dryer does increments of 7 minutes and I kept swiping my card for an additional 7 minutes. The lady at the front saw what I was doing and told me I could actually swipe the card multiple times at once to get more minutes at a time instead of waiting for each 7 minute increment to finish so I'll have to do that next time. If you do decide to fold your clothing here, the tables are all very clean. The entire laundromat in general is very clean and new looking. If you need cash, there is an ATM machine at the front. There are also vending machines at the front for laundry supplies such as detergent. I think there's even a snack machine in the back of the laundromat if I'm not mistaken. They speak both English and Spanish. As per the front door sign, the laundromat is open 7 days a week from 7am-11pm with the last wash being 10pm. I don't know if these hours have changed due to Covid though. Also, due to the pandemic, make sure you wear a mask when coming here as it is mandatory. In addition, they have laundering services but I did not use them at this time. Plenty of parking out front as this laundromat is located in one of those small outdoor shopping centers. All in all, I had a great first experience here and would highly recommend this place for your laundering needs!

I became overwhelmed with the amount of laundry that piled up - including bath mats, comforters,…read moreblankets, etc. I looked up a few laundromats that had pick up service and I was able to speak to Mike directly. He was so friendly and picked up my 4 large bags of laundry within the hour! I got it back the very next day, all beautifully folded and smelling so clean! I am grateful to Mike and will definitely use his pick up service again. Don't hesitate to call him!

NEW OWNER, WATCH OUT!…read more I called and got Elio. Seemed nice, and the reviews here were good (Now I see most are old), so I had him pick up. He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property. You can't make this stuff up!
