My husband loves jams. Fine, I'll admit I do too. We love picking up home made jams & sampling new flavors. It's been a while since we purchased an overly processed bottle of preserves from the grocery store since we tend to pick a bottle up at farmers markets & the like. When we saw the signs for Clare Jam shop along the country roads in Doolin, County Clare. Inside the shop, we perused & were able to speak to the jam maker himself. What an incredibly kind gentleman. He answered all our jam related questions & gave us his recommendations. What a lovely little stop during our trip. read more
