This used to be a great place to go, for years. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and always…read moreremembered you. Within the last few months however that has changed. I am not sure if it is new owners or what, but I have not seen the normal staff for months. The Indians that run it now, while not inherently a problem, a language and cultural barrier exists, but it needs to be mentioned for context, which I will explain. Now when you go in, every time, they are either on a VERY loud speakerphone/video call with at least 3 other people or listening to again, VERY loud indian music on their phone. No acknowledgement when you go in and you appear to be bothering the person at the register when you go up. The person at the register (it's usually the same person day or night 7 days a week) does not understand english very well and its very hard to make him understand what I want. The Pricing is also inconsistent and this was the dealbreaker. I asked for a specific product and when we went to the register (this has happened before, but not this badly in price) he asked the person on his call how much the product was, which seems to happen all the time, and he arbitrarily said 45 dollars. It was rang up as butane, which it was not, and not even in the same category, again, this has happened before with the generic butane item. I thought about that the entire way home and finally looked that product up online. Everywhere it was sold it ranged from 15-20 dollars, everywhere. I then called other stores and got the same thing. I said something to the employee later and after trying to explain 5 times (which he never really understood) he asked for a receipt. I explained they don't give itemized receipts and he rang it up as butane. He then said oooh alright and smiled, and went back to his phone call like he just solved a great problem without a care in the world. I have been a loyal customer for years. No longer.
