Children's clothing store inside the Ridgedale mall out west in the suburbs of Minnesota and there's hardly anyone in here and a nice sale was on, with not a lot of people taking advantage of it - so we got a couple of things for her nieces and nephews. They do have some nice stuff and some nice employees as well, so all in all, not a bad store at all for kids clothing.

I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful associate, which made me confident I'd want to purchase his first pair of shoes at this store. I brought my grandson in the next day and another very friendly associate was working. She told me about different options and did a very thorough job with a measurement of both feet and then checking the fit once the shoes were on. I will definitely return for the next pair!

My daughter didn't think it was worth that much money (and I agreed the prices are out rages ). So I wanted to return them . Oh NO we don't do returns either exchange or store credit . And of course they don't tell you that when you purchase the items only when come and they say "There is a sign right there". I will never ever step foot in that store again . My daughters one year pictures were done in their tutu and matching top and the one year crown... one of my favorite pictures! Fast forward 3 years to the birth of my son and I loved being able to buy things that they can both match in without either one looking girly or like a boy. I love the uniqueness in the design of the clothes. Unfortunately, we moved 1000 miles away, but thankful I can still shop online. Some shops are empty and others are being remodeled and opening again. I visited on a Friday (Valentine's Day) and it was pretty steady but not packed, I could find a place to sit down and relax by myself if I wanted to (and I did!) Shop selection is meh, I went into a few but didn't find anything to purchase which is just fine by me - I needed a place to hang out that was warm and this was it! Bubble tea, Caribou and smoothies to choose from - I didn't see a food court but I wasn't particularly looking.

I feel like Ridgedale has been one of the consistent malls (as far as growing up in MN and seeing a lot of malls struggle to keep stores) that never felt like it was closing. I do wish they would decorate more especially for the holidays. They have the Santa pop up in the middle of the mall which is cute but that's its own experience. Also a somewhat better food court would be cool, but there are a ton of options for food outside of the mall/in the area. I am so tired of poor service by pathetic employees…read more We entered the OskKosh B'gosh store at 4190 Vinewood Lane North, Plymouth, Minnesota at 8:35pm. There were three employees behind the checkout counter- two African American women and one Caucasian woman. One of the African Americans was improperly seated on the counter. In spite of two of these people turning towards us as we entered the store, we were not greeted or even acknowledged. They simply turned back around and continued their conversation. As I am unfortunately becoming more familiar with the traits of inept employees, I immediately turned on one of my cameras. For the next 17 minutes, until we left the store, the OshKosh employees never greeted us or offered us any type of assistance. In fact, we were not acknowledged at all, except for an eye roll from the African American woman wearing some type of store communication headset. During our 17 minutes in the store, we made sure to pass near the counter three times each, giving more than enough opportunities for the OshKosh employees to acknowledge either one us. Instead they chose to continue their inappropriate conversation about the details of their child birthing. Included here are still shots from tonight's video. I will be posting the entire 15+ minute video (with audio) to my blog; followed by sharing it with poor customer service blogs as a prime example of what not to do.
