I am completely blow away. Amy was quick at responding, making sure I was completely prepared, providing advice, and had an answer to every question I brought forth. The other artists there were very friendly as well. The laid back vibe and hospitality given by this shop is incomparable. What an amazing experience. But the place was clean and all tools/utensils were clean or new. Decent place to go if you want a good price on a piercing, although I'm not sure if they are $20 any more.
