They were very expensive but I was desperate. The thing that let me down was that when I called back for a re prescription of the medication I had gotten before, they tried to charge me for a phone consultation and to fax it. Their fees were extremely high for the service offered and most doctors will re prescribe medication without the need for a further consultation. They are obviously trying to maximise their profits as any ruthless business would do. If you use their services you will be considered a client and not a patient. Only to be used in desperate situations and if you are prepared to pay extortionate prices.

As my main problem was mostly related to weight at the end of my session I felt really motivated and enthusiastic about losing my weight and keeping it off. My second session was more intense because of the way l was feeling low, depressed and very tearful as l was not in a good place. But when l spoke to Safia we went through some of the issues that were really making me feel down I realise what the real issue was and by talking through my issues l felt much better in myself and l could see more clearly what l had to do to not feel like that again. Safia is an excellent listener, and she knows how to make you feel better.
