A few times I came to the studio, the paddles were down or something was malfunctioning with the machine. I requested a refund, which was denied. Despite my continued advocacy, they only decided to switch my medication after a long delay. In six months, I only met with the nurse practitioner three times. When my dosage was increased, Marlene signed off on it on behalf of Diana Smith, and I didn't meet with her. Despite signing a consent form at the office, they refused to provide my paperwork. The service was poor overall. You're better off getting your GLP-1 medication through your insurance. They overcharge and fail to provide the correct medication or dosage. Some weeks the medication worked, while other weeks it didn't--results were inconsistent. We had agreed to lower my payment in exchange for photos documenting my progress, which I provided, but they still charged me a different amount. Marlene increased my dosage to 12.5mg but later forgot the dose she prescribed. When Stacy administered my injection, I received a lower dose, and Marlene requested proof of what should have been recorded in my chart. I sent her the documentation with her signature. I received my injections in person for the first two weeks, but by mid-August, when I went to pick them up, they only honored two doses, even though August has five weeks. By the week of August 29th, I had no medication, despite having paid for it. When I asked Marlene about the missing medication, she was rude in front of another client, saying, 'I'm irritated with you because my boss thinks I did something wrong.' Yes, you did! You misrepresented the prices and couldn't honor your initial promises. I even provided the photos of my progress as agreed. Due to their poor work ethics, I decided to leave this place. Remember where you started in city of Van Nuys. Please reframe from any HIPPA violations clinic! U deserve no star!!! This place doesn't even provide the correct doses. Some weeks the medication works, and other weeks it doesn't--it's inconsistent and unreliable. It feels like a scam. The clinic overcharges and shows little regard for patients' needs. I wouldn't recommend it.
